Order hasn’t been delivered. It’s almost 2 weeks over the due date. I believe the issue is with Fedex however I’ve sent multiple emails to knife merchant customer service with no reply.
EDIT: RECEIVED MY ITEM and had a great customer service experience. Would definitely buy from here again! I haven't heard anything about the shipping of my knife (which is meant as a present)... Vis mer

Nice selection of knives
About 6 years ago my brother sent me 12 "red handled knives". That's what my whole family calls the brand of knife I ordered. I made them last over the years but finally realized, duh. I can go online and order some more for myself. I ordered a few varieties and look forward to shopping the knifemerchant in the future. Good variety of knives, I will have to try other brands now ;- ) Easy to navigate site too. Thanks.

Outstanding customer service and products…
I would HIGHLY recommend The knife Merchant. These people spare no effort in providing excellent service to meet the unique needs of their customers. Staff were knowledgeable and clearly knew their products! They patiently answered all of my questions and went beyond what I had expected of them by doing research for me to find a knife that would best meet my needs. These people are incredibly service oriented, I wish more would follow their lead. I would buy from no other company after my experience with folks at The Knife Merchant.

The delivery will occur today as expressed in our first communication on the day that you placed your order and repeated in each of your subsequent emails. As we discussed, we cannot cancel an order once the merchandise has shipped. If you'd like to refuse this shipment the merchandise will be returned to us at which time a refund can be issued. As you can verify from the USPS system your package is out for delivery today. If you have questions don't hesitate to reply to our active email chain or give us a call.

I'm very impressed with your company. This was my first time buying from you and I was a little concerned, but i shouldn't have been. I paid for faster shipping 3-5 days for only $5, it arrived in 4 days, which was great. The knife is beautiful! My son, a professional chef, loved it, it was his birthday gift. Thank you! I already ahve and wil continue to recommend your company!

We've reviewed the order and you were shipped the size that you ordered, but the manufacturer does produce a larger size that we do not carry. I suspect this is the size you were intending to purchase. If you'd like us to place a special order to bring in the larger pans don't hesitate to let us know, we'll be happy to assist you.

Great Service and Products!
I just ordered from The Knife Merchant. I called to check on whether the items I was buying were in stock. The woman who assisted me was very, very nice and helpful. I have no doubt I will get my order when 'promised' and will use The Knife Merchant again (and again). Great prices and quality items too!
Update: Got my knives. Packaged well, shipped quickly. Perfect transaction.
