I placed the order over the phone and the rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Only issue was that it took longer to ship and arrive than I was told.
I tried to call several times, left several messages and an e-mail and no one contacted me. I was starting to think I was scammed....but finally arrived so I guess all is well.

I made an error in my order and they were able to change the item shipped for me at the last minute. I had no reason to expect that. Outstanding!

Great company, great sharpening stones, at a great price. They shipped next day, if I remember right.

The Knife Merchant was a great company to do business with! Ordered the Victorinox NiroFlex 2000 metal glove as a gift. Quality, well made product. Originally ordered a size medium, but that was slightly big for my daughter. When I contacted Knife Merchant, they immediately sent out a size small with a label to return the original order! Excellent customer service that you don’t find much anymore. And, they didn’t beg for this review like so many companies do; I wrote this because they were great to deal with! I highly recommend The Knife Merchant!!

The recipient never received the package from the shipper. The delivery receipt states it was delivered, but it was not received. There are cameras on the property and the road and no evidence of and delivery personnel or vehicle making the trip. So it is unfortunate.

Repeat customer, on many occasions. Great products, great service, nice web page with up-to-date info on availability. I seriously appreciate them carrying my favorite brand of kitchen knives - Robert Welch!

Was delivered quickly. I ordered at the last minute and didn’t expect it to make it on time.

I was a meat cutter & Dept manager for many years. Victorinox knives were my choice for very hard daily use at work as well as my choice at home. I love to cook both indoors and out and not a day goes by that one doesn’t find its way into my hand. I found the Knife Merchant and have now purchased knives twice as gifts for my sons. I’ll be using your company again.
My only complaint was the “pre-filled” fields in the address and such of the order section. I’d prefer they just be blank so I don’t have to worry about deleting those fields.

I got very useful advice about what scissors to get for my wife to use on poultry, where the user has small hands!
