I shop regularly at Kmart, in Camberwell VIC and am amazed at the quality the children's clothes and toys.
Tammi at the Camberwell store was most helpful and friendly and went out of her way to find an item, which I was unable to locate. 10/10 for Customer service -

The good things: it’s solid and stable - heavier than I expected. Has enough items on the tray to keep an infant interested for a few minutes, toys can be interchanged easily. Simple to assemble (clear instructions or just follow the picture) and looks like it would be easy to clean.
Not so good: no padding around the top so young infants have no protection from the hard plastic under arms or in the front should their head fall forward. I put a towel folded several times over between the hard rim in front of baby’s head and under her arms. The leg holes are fairly small so baby needs to do gymnastics to get in and out. The lowest seat setting is still too high and baby can’t touch the floor. Which means she can’t bounce. Have put a box underneath the seat so she can push against it to bounce. Empty space on the tray would be useful, to put other toys baby might play with. Out of 10, I’d rate this item a 5.

I ordered online 21st October. I had my entire order, consisting of 3 packages delivered over 2 days. Yesterday and today, the 25th. Kmart have improved their service. They sent everything I ordered. I am so pleased with them. Thanks Kmart.

Not only that, NZ Post knocked on that door until someone answered and got a signature. It's good to know that they don't just drop it at your front door and leave. Excellent service.

Need to update there online stock figures quicker and refunds processed quicker

If I could give negative stars I would. On Wednesday, In one day I had been overlooked to be served at their laybuy counter twice in one day and the first time I went in their they had the stock. I was at the counter where the tcg cards are at kippa ring store. I waited for a while no one came to the desk. A couple then approached the desk and a staff member came over and served them completely ignoring me. I then left.

I Then went in there later that day it was all gone I was at the counter and the staff member was standing at the counter down the other end I looked at her she looked up in my direction and then turned around and went to the back counter completely ignoring me. So I walked out in absolute anger and disgust.

the item I was chasing was gone If I had been served the first time I would have had the stock I needed and now I have missed out because of two staff members who completely snubbed me.

Then I did an online order the next day and then a few days later to only have it refunded even though at the time the stock was available. Then stock says it’s available at a store by another store to call said store and be on the phone for over 10mins waiting for someone to pick up called every store from Sunshine Coast to redcliffe only for no one to answer the phone and that’s waiting on the phone for 10 mins for each store. Wow just wow.

I have been a massive lover of Kmart but to be treated like this in this manner. I’m actually feeling quite devastated about the whole ordeal.
I have never ever experienced this bad of customer service what happened to me on Wednesday and I use to work in retail.

The staff member at the Service Desk spoke to me like I was an idiot this morning. I was too shocked to react at the time when I was explaining my request and unpacking the 2 items I needed exchanged. She was grumpy from the outset and disgustingly quipped "what are you doing?" in such a derogatory manner. I remained calm or was too numb to respond as I haven't been spoken to like that since I was a kid. I'm 60 years old and she seemed older. It's no way to talk to customers - I left the store feeling like crap and I really don't want to ever go back to Keilor Downs K-Mart again because of her. She should retire if she can't speak decently to customers - its a job requirement in customer service and she is not suited for the job.

The worst customer service ever! I've been trying to get a refund for a faulty vac that was purchased online since 18/6/23 - so for 2 1/2 months now. Live chat is useless - they disconnect before you can finish responding. RUDE!! The blurb you have to listen to while you wait for someone to answer your call contradicts the way they actually treat their customers. Shame on you Kmart!

Had the horriblist experience this morning after I'd spent a small fortune.a young employee was so rude to me when I'd asked nicely for help she had already walked past me twice. There are no staff at the checkouts,not sure if I'll be back,discusting service

The service from K-mart customer service is appalling, they are rude and bad mannered. After ordering online, K-mart sent a confirmation email with the incorrect address, I rang to get them to sort the problem, and was told it was the correct address. Consequently the order was delivered to the wrong address. I rang K-mart for the third time, dealing with unhelpful customer service people, by the third time the customer service person said they would refund the money, and sent me an email stating the refund. Fortunately the people at that address were able to contact me two days after the order was delivered, so I was able to pick up my order from them at my expense. I rang K-mart to cancel the refund, and all they could do was blame NZpost, even thought K-mart had put the wrong address on the packet, after explaining I told them they were at fault the customer service person hung up on me. I an discussed and will never purchase anything online from K-mart again.

Picking one person out of a crowd of people to ask for thier recipt is discrimination especially when your not asking every single customer.
If you don't trust people to self serve then go back to doing your jobs instead of being paid to stand around and harass certain customers that you choose too.
Being someone who has server anxiety I don't feel safe comming into this store after all the harassment I've recived after shopping there the last two weeks.
Treated like a thief until I prove my innocence is not acceptable customer service.
Not to mention all the unhelpful staff, the constant mess of the store and things always being in crates so your unable to walk around properly.
I won't go here again, I'll go all the way to riccarton to spend my money from here on out or online.

The single most annoying website on earth. Stock available do you do click and collect and then you get a whole lot of emails later telling you stock unavailable and then giving a refund. Horrendous experience.

Bought a scooter for niece when i went home my Mrs told me this scooter is for 7 years plus when I was suppose to get 3 years scooter. When I went to get a refund the cashier questioned me how did I take the scooter out of store when it still has a security badge on it as I didn't even open the box. I showed them my receipt and told them I payed for it and didn't steal and the cashier lady told me that they have to see if iam legit cause apparently the person in front forgot to take the security tag out and they accused me of picking a product from selves and trying to get refund. The manager was called a Indian lady who was so rude telling me that there security would have beeped when i took the item out with the tag so they are watching the security footage to see if iam a scammer. My kid was with me who was crying they didn't even bother and after waiting for so long the Manger the Indian lady came and told cashier this item is all good for refund and they didn't even bother to apologize for making me feel like a criminal infront of other customers. That's not all when processing the refund the cashier took my debit card from me saying she also has to do a check to see if it's legit. The cashier and the Manger needs some customer service skill. Pathetic service and not a

Kmart Manukau disgraceful service. New store should at least have staff that provide customer service with care. The first attendant said he didn't know what swimming togs were after describing to him several times, he simply didn't care. The checkout attendant was even more unhelpful unable to confirm whether the store took Zip or Afterpay. When I got home with my purchase it still had the security tags on them...that was after my receipt was scanned by the store security. At the very minimum, staff need to learn the systems to be able to provide good customer service with care.

Love kmart! But the afterpay does not work on it! You need to fix this..

I bought six bowls on line. They never arrived because according to the courier service, they broke, therefore they were not delivered. No matter how many times I have contacted KMart Customer Services, they don’t give a damn. I am still out of money with no goods. Disgusting service by KMart. I am going to take this to Fair go if I don’t hear back.

Kmart online is the most useless site to shop from. I swear everytime I do online order or click & collect it shows as stock next minute getting a refund because they don't have the item. Lol sort your s**t out Kmart.

We bought your Extra large dog bed from Your Petone store last weekend and we are thrilled with it and also is our old Dog Max .I still use his blanket to make I softer ,but what great value for $40 .
