I had a problem with an item purchased over a year ago, a broken earring, and the response from Kit Heath could not have been better. From my first phone call contacting them to them replacing the earrings was exemplary.
They were friendly and professional throughout.

Fantastic service. I have purchased many quality items and when one broke it was replaced hassle free and quickly. Great products and company to deal with so would highly recommend.

My husband bought me a beautiful Kit Heath bracelet as a surprise gift that he'd arranged to be engraved. I was so upset when I lost one half of the heart charm on the bracelet. When he approached Kit Heath about a possible replacement piece we were absolutely delighted that our request was indeed granted. Kirsty was extremely helpful returning my beautiful bracelet by return post with a lovely hand written card.

I was heartbroken when one of my Kit Heath earrings was lost after it fell out of my ear. I contacted the team to see if it would be possible to get a replacement as in order for the earring to have fallen out, the catch must have been faulty. After some shocking customer service from other companies recently, I really didn’t think I’d get anywhere. However, Kristy responded quickly and sent such a lovely message. She offered to send out a replacement for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. The process was quick and simple without any stress. I will be coming back to Kit Heath for my jewellery in future!

My husband bought me a pair of turquoise earrings last Christmas and unfortunately, I managed to lose one! I was so upset. I reached out to Kit Heath to see if there was a way to replace the lost earring. Obviously they cannot replace a single earring but they managed to find an almost matching pair, which I love as much as the first, at a very good discounted price. I received them within a few days. The customer service I received was exceptional. And the quality of the earrings, superb.

I visited a Kit Heath jewellery store in Warminster yesterday and purchased a pair of earrings as a birthday gift for my Granddaughter. The assistant was so helpful and gift wrapped my purchase beautifully. I will definitely visit this shop again and especially when I am looking for a gift.

I really like Kit Heath. They sell a wide range of beautiful and well made jewellery at an affordable price. I have two pairs of earrings, two long necklaces, the Queen Bee pendant and large dragonfly pendant. I wear them all regularly and will eventually pass them on to my children when I fall off my perch!

Outstanding customer service! I purchased a bracelet via John Lewis for a friends 60th which unfortunately broke. John Lewis were extremely unhelpful as my friend wanted the same bracelet and John Lewis said this was not possible as it was discontinued. I therefore contacted Kit Heath direct and sent them the John Lewis email thread and the broken bracelet and I received a exact replacement with a lovely hand written card from Charlotte and the team at Kit Heath. Lovely jewelry and what excellent customer service. Thank you Kit Heath! I will definitely shop with you again (only this time direct!!) 🤗

I couldn't have asked for a better customer service. Charlotte was knowledgeable about the product and quickly got the item out to me. Such a relief after a very disappointing interaction with John Lewis trying to obtain the same necklace. I was even given some presentation bags which was an excellent touch!
