Followed all recommended height and temp requirements. Stunted every seedling I've grown in the last two months.

Worst warranty service ever! have owned 2 of their lights! First was a Kind LED K5 XL1000 it worked fine for 18 month, Then some of the diodes burned out! i didnt save my reciept, but kind led helped me with a contact in Holland that could fix my light at my own cost "300 euros" (kinda fair since i didnt save my reciept) in the meantime i had bought a KIND LED K5 Series XL1000 WiFi and when the first light "died" after 4 years of use i put the new one to use!!! It worked for 5 month then the raspberry pi controller freaked out and started flickering and the entire fixture stopped working, I contacted Kind Led again but this time they pretended to be stupid! they "misunderstod" time after time what fixture i was writing about and i had to send them a picture af the light i had, And when they found out what the issue was, they totally lost interrest in my case even though it was still under warranty and i got a mail the the message "we just don't have any of those parts/models any more due to how old they are. Really sorry about the inconvenience. i wrote to them a few times and asked them to hook me up with their repair place in Holland but they ignored me!!

X750! Very happy from seed to flower top of the line worth every penny

I used the Kind led light in a veg room and had great results with it. Only complaint is where they cut there name KIND out of the side of the light, that creates a hiding spot for spiders so I had to cover it. Besides that a great light.

I recently purchased a kind x40 led light bar . I'm was blown away by how good the light is . The build quality is second to none , it's built like a tank .
My plants love the light , in my opinion its best used as a main light for seedlings and small plants , and it works great as a supplement light too. You can get it close to the plants
Without negative effects .
The lights can be linked via a splitter cable and you can screw 2 units together to make a longer light bar .

The light bar I have ever used . The only downside is the price , its expensive.

Bought the Kind X750, thinking It was gonna be great, IDK flowers aren't very big or dense...first time using a LED but just doesn't seem very bright at all..I can look directly at with no problem at all...I spent alot on this light, I hope it's just a me problem, but I don't feel so

I’d like to write reviews to let others know my experience. I’ve been standing behind Kind for about four years now and I’ve always had a great experience with their customer service as well as their product. Just recently, I had to send a product back, and Travis, the gentleman that I spoke with, went over and beyond to help me as they always do.. We ran into a small issue in which Kind stepped up their game to make sure that any road blocks would not stop them from making sure the customer is happy. This is just my experiences with kind so if any of you are wondering if you bought something from these guys would they back up their warranty? I’m telling you they will do just that. They have a great products.. you won’t be disappointed!!! Again I give a shout out to Travis thank you..

I purchased the Kindled x750 about 4.5 months ago during that full duration of time between then and now the 8 foot extension cord that would enable me to keep the power supply outside the tent has been out of stock... love the light but frustrated that I can't get the best results due to this issue. A time frame resolution to this out of stock issue would be greatly appreciated.

after having an issue with a X420, I went on the website. Travis Broady; KIND Sales and Customer Service reached out and answered all my questions and concerns which led to a quick fix and the new part promptly sent to me. I will continue to do business with KIND and GROW STRONG INDUSTRIES and will tell all my like minded friends.

So I was looking for the x750 light and let me tell you how amazing they are I had a rep by the name of Jamey A, she found me a few stores that had one or two but didn’t know if they would ship. I ordered from one of the stores and got a confirmation email but before I got the email she called me and asked me if I had any luck because she had found another store with four of them!!! No company has ever went that far to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Kindled has my business for lifetime now!!!!! Thank you Jamey A

It's October 28th now but I purchased a second tent with the July sale of the X2 & free 5x5. The light was damaged in transit, it never even made it to my house, and the tracking said it was being shipped back to sender due to being damaged in transit. I reached out to kind and told them to take a look at the tracking so they can see that it almost made it to me. They had another light sent out same day. When I got that light I opened the box plugged it in and saw that it worked. Unbeknownst to me I wasn't aware of the controller which makes the kind LED X2 what it really is ( totally customizable Spectrum & dimming, watt changing, sun rise & sun set, time to go on & time to go off, and auto dimming when (gets to hot) set to what temp to dim at. I actually tried that aspect last night by holding the thermometer probe in my hand until it reached 80° in which the controller started to wind down in watts. Once I let go of the probe and the temperature went below 80 the Watts increased backup. It's working as it should. So I said I bought this light in July and then when I went to buy the controller I could not find it ANYWHERE. I scoured the internet dropping comments on every video that I seen with the kind LED X2 and called kind multiple times. The website said out of stock and other websites said the controller was discontinued. So the light sat in the Box since July to October. About a week or two ago I got an email from them stating that they had received a returned controller unused. They said somebody bought an X Series light and the controller but the controller was only compatible with the X2 so it was returned. Since I had been dropping comments everywhere I guess somebody by the name of Luke in their marketing department gave my information to another employee Jamie and she reached out to me via email and said they had a controller and offered it to me at a 20% discount. My initial thought was I'm going to get a used controller or this is a scam. Low and behold I set up a phone appointment for the following day so I can ask her a bunch of questions like what's the history of the controller and how they obtained it and if it was used or faulty. I had a very nice conversation with her and ordered it over the phone and had the controller a few days later. It was brand new and still had the thin piece of plastic over the front. For all of those other unlucky people that need a controller, don't worry it's coming soon they said, I also heard its gonna be blutooth as well. So if you can be patient as I was you will be abel to order one when they are released.. That was the customer support I received for the light and I am now 100% satisfied. Also, prior to ordering the light and tent during the 4th of July sale I had bought a 5x5 gorilla tent around April that came with a few flaws such as Velcro straps being sewn on the inside of the tent making it very hard to assemble the tent by myself, also the following morning when I went to zip it up I noticed a quarter sized hole where the zipper began. They asked me to look at the side of the box and give them the batch #. Apparently they have two manufacturers. Needless to say they got back to me same day and apologized for the issues with the tent and had told me they had shipped me a whole new tent minus the frame poles. All in all their customer service is top notch and they will address any issue within reason. You can most definitely trust this company and they stand by their products 100%. Now I have my eyes set on getting a couple of their veg bars, I heard they are the shi*. How about a big round of applause to kind led for a very patient customer. I bought 2- K5 1000 Wi-Fi lights, when they first came out, for just under two grand a piece. Had problems from day one, light not covering the area they claim, not producing the amount of light they claim, using more electricity then they claim, not hooking up to wi-fi, the site you need to run your lights off is always failing and never got an update. I sent the same light back to them twice. First they kept insisting it was my router over multiple phone calls. The first time I sent it to them they claimed "someone new" forgot to set-up the light before it went out. They are over-priced, made to look fancy and futuristic, to fool unsuspecting growers. It is the most regrettable purchase of my life. Look up people that have taken these lights apart on you tube, cheap LEDs that melt. Sad they are still fooling people.

I decided I wanted to grow like the pros so I purchased 2 X420 models and I gotta say.. Best decision I made for my garden hands down! Best lights in the game for a reason and Kind LED really shows us why they are!! Looking forward to further experience with these bad boys!! ❤️Y’all!

I bought two Kind LEDs a few years ago. The 350 and 450. The 350 has been fine. After a few weeks one of the groups of lights in the 450 went out. Kind did replace this one. I didn't use the lights for a couple of years and when I did, another one of the groups in the 450 had gone out. A week later, another one, then a couple of weeks after that, a third. I contacted Kind and they nicely told me to buy new ones, no negotiation. One group going out, I understand, nothing lasts. Two is poor. Three is a faulty design. I decided not to replace 3 of the 4 groups of lights as I would have then replaced all 4, costing roughly the same as buying a new one and who knows how long they will last? LEDs are supposed to last thousands of hours. If they're designed wrong they won't. I need a new Light but it won't be a Kind.

Very good light. Bit expensive but first grow a success!

This light is the wonderful. My grows have been incredible and I have had no issues whatever! I will only be using this and one other light from now on in my grows!!!!

I am using this light in a large walk in closet along with my sunraise.

Well kind LED lights what a great looking light bar seems I'm getting very very good growth and veg and have yet to try switching to other parts of iruv.
But unfortunately things that are man-made do go bad the driver went out approximately 9 weeks into ownership flipped out.
But what a great company I could not believe the constant updates that were given to me immediately without hesitation on a replacement driver.
This driver was sent to me in less than a week and I thank all the people that get the parts to you I am very pleased with everything like I say if it's man-made it will break doesn't matter sooner or later it's good to have a great warranty with a company that backs it thank you very very much I love the light peace out everybody and also it's 5:00 somewhere

Light had clearly moved around in the box and crushed all corner foam protectors. The light took a significant hit on one corner and broke the plastic. Hopefully the next one comes through without damage. Better packaging inside the box is needed. FedEx also needs to improve its end. The light looks of high quality even though I didn’t use it.
