Potentially illegal subscription hike
After failing to find many usable discount codes in my area, I looked at the cancellation policy on my account.
It offered 30 days free (no stipulations or conditions). I clicked to find out more and it immediately actioned the free 30 days but with my ongoing monthly payment increased from £3.99 to £4.99 as of October.
No warning, no prior agreement.
I immediately cancelled the pass. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to increase someone’s subscription without prior warning.
Edit: After cancelling, it’s now given me the option to reactivate the account for £1.49 per month, but it doesn’t say whether this is permanent. Let’s find out, I will report back.

Absolute crooks! Stay well away from this ridiculuous company! They are scammers! Whatever you are buying will cost you more with them than without. You will receive pre-fixed texts that it cannot always save you money. Never believe or fall for their ads. Or you will feel stupid too in the end!

Fraudulent farce
Avoid this company at all costs.
I was introduced to KidsPass as a 'Benefit' through my employers.
I realised that last week the annual subscription payment has been taken from my account and I attempted to obtain a refund for this, emailing their 'customer service' department.
KidsPass 'customer services' indicated that I didn't cancel the membership in time, going on to explain the autorenewal terms were buried in their T&Cs, and they don't inform you they are taking the money.
When I logged into my account linked to my work mail address this indicated on my members page that the membership has expired. I asked KidsPass to return the money they had taken from my bank given that I don't have a valid membership.
They refused to give this back to me indicating that the membership was linked to another email address. After many frustrating minutes trying to access this account I finally managed to cancel this 10 days post renewal. KidsPass still refusing to refund me.
The website is clunky and difficult to use. The 'benefits' are non existent.
On the whole the experience has been a fraudulent farce.

Doesn't always save you money
I looked at Chessington world of adventure, and found a short break including two days of tickets for 410 pound. I saw kids pass did 20% off so I booked through there. However, I didn't realize at the time but you don't get the tickets into the park or zoo. You have to buy the tickets separately through kids pass. Even with the discount on both, it totals to more than booking the package directly through Chessington.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. As it was the school holidays i thought it would be useful for deals because we all know how expensive the holidays can be. I paid £3.99 to join the app as it advertised 15% off at Woburn safari & we were planning a visit. When I went to use it, it said ‘no discount at this time’ so why advertise it if it doesn’t have a discount?
Also advertising for places in my area such as Escape in Giltbrook. Escape shut a while back & has since become a pure gym. Feel like the app is misleading & falsely advertises. What a waste of £3.99. Iv obviously since cancelled my subscription & it asked to leave feedback, but then wouldn’t let me send the feedback 👎🏼

I was abl10% Voucher Code Could Not Be Used on Twist Museum Bookinge to successfully use the…
I was able to successfully use the voucher codes for the cinema tickets, as these worked as my first use and purchase.
However, when I tried to book the Twist Museum, I was given a 10% off voucher code. Unfortunately, the Twist Museum website did not have an option to enter a promotional or discount code during the booking process, so I was unable to use the voucher.
As a result, I had no choice but to pay the full price for the tickets and missed out on the 10% discount that was offered through my Kids Pass membership.
I think this needs to be reviewed, as there is little point providing a voucher code if the partner's booking system does not allow customers to enter it. It would also be helpful if Kids Pass could clarify how the discount is supposed to be applied when booking with Twist Museum.

Terrible service
Terrible service. They charged £1 to sign up and did not send me any info that it be £5 a month! The offers were pointless and just forward you to the site of wherever you want to go. For example Alton Towers, it just sent me to alton towers own site….how does that help me get a discount???!
