Good quality shoes, bought as a gift and the recipient was happy with them. Arrived in good time and well packaged.

Shoes are great. Delivery was good. Only (very small) issues were: the suede is a slightly different colour than appears on the website but that's probably to be expected with natural materials. More importantly, your sizing seems inconsistent with hi-kicks size 45 coming up bigger than it used to and the trainers feeling a little smaller than they used to.

Quality - rubbish; Customer service - just as bad
You'd think paying what you do for Kickers footwear, you'd get more than a few months wear out of them. And from the brand reputation / success alone, I'd expect better post-purchase help. Not worn very often and the zip snapped off a pair of boots - clearly faulty, the boots themselves had months of wear left in them. Enquired with customer services and, after months of to'ing and fro'ing, where I was constantly chasing up to see if someone could look into it, I've given up. Has been with both a Products Specialist and Operations team "for review" for months now, so I guess it's been forgotten about. Great. Money down the drain. Certainly won't be buying or recommending Kickers shoes going forward, and think their customer service advisors need retraining as the standard of their service is as bad as the footwear, in my experience.

VEGAN KICKERS!
I haven't worn them yet so I can't comment on comfort but I think it's a beautiful shoe, I was hesitant to buy at first based on the pictures but believe me the shoe looks better in person, the A.I shoe size guide was bang on so time was saved as I would've had to send them back if I got the size I usually wear. Only critiques I have is there's an extremely subtle slash/gouge just above the kickers stamped logo on the left shoe, this is absolutely minor and in no way would I consider sending them back for such an insignificant defect, but at the same time I'd prefer it not be there. The other is I wish they had better colour options like the non vegan ones, I really would like a deep red/burgundy/almost brown pair but they don't sell the vegan option for that colour and think it would be a better option than the bright red colour equivalent that is available for the vegan option, and a dark brown pair, but at the same time I understand buisness is buisness and if there's not a huge demand for the vegan line then the supply/options will be limited, but I'm just happy that they do one. Nevertheless, I'm really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend
