Never order anything from these liars! The order was late by several days and when I sent the goods back, they refused a refund as they said goods were damaged! As I have photographic and video proof the goods were perfect when sent back, they just outright lied to try and keep my money. Legal proceedings will be taken in due course against these liars,cheats and swindlers!

Anthony and his team organised shipping of my Personal Effects from the UK to Mauritius. Our whole life in one container to be shipped thousands of miles to the other side of the world was a serious worry.

However with the help of KG Logistics it all went so smoothly, from delivery of the container in the UK and it being received in Mauritius four weeks later. Excellent service would use these guys again without hesitation.

Terrible. Ordered a parasol so my grandchildren could be sheltered from the sun over the bank holiday. Ordered it on Friday 22nd May for next day delivery and it’s now supposed to arrive on the 27th and it will be totally useless to me.

Lois and David were extremely helpful from start to completion with my goods returning back to China. This group helped me more than anyone else I tried before hand and went above and beyond to go through every step of how to export the return of goods back to its origin. Stay Away like a plague! Extremely Poor, rude and dysfunctional organisation. I used them for a shipment from France to the UK. The furniture was robustly sealed and it was delivered without its original wrapping which had resulted in extensive damage to the furniture.

Dire. Ordered a 20kg parasol base through Amazon. 12kg one sent. Evri failed to pick up the return from my home. Ordered a second base but once again a 12kg one was delivered. Responses from their customer service department were frustrating and, at times, were not specific in addressing the issues I had raised.

Ordered a keplin duel air fryer. Two separate draws. Received a huge air fryer NOT what I ordered. Trying to return and get my original order. Had an acknowledgement from them via Amazon but no actual response from them. Just looked at their reviews on trustpilot. OMG. Feel I will not get what I ordered or even a refund. Amazon needs to address this company

Ignore message but quick enough take your cash, don't open a business if you have no idea how to run it , incompetent company,,AVOID

Worst logistics company we've ever had to deal with. Offering competitive pricing only hike the price up once they have the container / goods in their possession. At first this seemed to be down to incompetency but seeing other reviews and speaking to other companies it seems it is in fact a tactic.
They then use legal threats immediately to try to force your hand. Despicable company.
Do not trust them & do not risk your money with them.

Stay away at all cost ! They will tell you a price/ quotation, once you accepted they will wait until the last moment or when its collected and then double the price knowing you are unable to refuse ! Two items they imported for myself and it was nothing but expense and stress you would not belive ! The last item went from 1300 to nearly 2500 and on the given delivery date lied and missed causing massive issues, rebooked a week later ! With a AM delivery and didn't turn up till the afternoon! Had to pay a chap for a whole day for waiting and then when five of my pallets arrived out of the seven was blackmailed by the driver I needed to pay him a drink ! 30 pounds if I want the last two deliverd that day or I would have to wait until the following day ! Was told they would refund some money for all the stress and inconvenience! Guess what we have heard nothing back since ! They do not own any vehicles they sub out the work ! We will never use tuis company again and still be chasing for our refund! Stay well away!

This company is awful promised me two garden chairs by a certain date did not receive I cancelled order and they are not paying my refund. They just send email saying we looking into it do not contact us again. Amazon you have a lot to answer to as I keep asking you for my refund

Wish I had never heard of that company bought a dog bed 4 the car it arrived unwrap it stuffing coming out returned it but amazon said they don't recognise the courier company Evi but that's what this company told me to use so no refund please don't use this company they r conatistes so no refund they sell infirmary products

Completely incompetent, sly & underhand. Avoid at all costs.
Entirely false pricing & inaccurate scheduling due to lack of knowledge of the industry & service. They will wait until they have control over your goods at which point they will increase pricing. Goods are delayed by up to 2-3 months. They will try to sneak additional costs into the invoice without any prior discussions simply down to the fact they are unable to provide the service they offer & quote for. Aggressive & brash staff make the whole experience even harder to deal with. They have caused a huge amount of problems for us.

Matt and Lois of KG logistics helped me import a gearbox from Adelaide Australia to Felixstowe Uk and did a fantastic job. Excellent communication throughout the process. Would definitely use them again.

A shocking Company to deal with in every respect. Totally unprofessional!
They offer low rates which look attractive but don't be fooled by their apparent competitiveness. Due to their lack of knowledge they realise they have not accounted for many costs. Once they have your goods they try to increase the costs with made up fictitious reasons.
if you don't agree to the increases they will invoice anyway and sue if you don't pay.
They simply do not understand the business they are in.
Avoid KG Logistics at all costs.

This happened 3 years ago but i thought id review here since they cost me £20,000 and im still living the nightmare. I have had to deal with extremely rude staff. They have hiked up the prices without prior notice. My stock has been delayed by over 3 months by them. Also additional charges have been applied on my invoice that I was not made aware of too.

I urge people to not use this company as they are utterly poor! It would be far easier to dialogue with someone in sign language than speak to them. Their staff threatened to keep my stock when I requested an update after 2 months! I've never dealt with such a horrible company. It beggars belief how they are still operating!

So in summary if you want your stock held for months without any communication and want to be threatened as well as pay well over the odds. Please go ahead and use KG Logistics. theyve cost me £20,000. They told me they can bring my goods back for £5,000 and then upon ending the call they forgot to close the call and i could hear them laughing and making a mockery of the siutation,
