Last week I got in touch with Keplin as I was having a problem registering my new air fryer. I sent an email and received a prompt reply from 'Carl' and the problem was quickly solved. Thank you.
Warranty admin
At first I will be honest it was admin to get a Warranty for my air fryer and I didn’t hear from keplin, but I was able to get a hold of them and got customer service! Carl I’m customer service, helped me with getting what I needed and got it done so quickly, so all in all customer service is good and the air fryer is good too!
Good customer service
I purchased a next day delivery watering can. After waiting two days I received a note to say it will be another 5 days.
I accept that the supplier was at the mercy of the courier but after contacting the supplier they did push the courrier to deliver as soon as possible.
Four stars reflects the work the supplier did to fix the situation.
Fantastic speedy and friendly customer service -
I purchased two sunbeds from Amazon sold by Keplin group but unfortunately the order was lost by the courier. I contacted Keplin customer service, and they responded immediately offering to resend the items or provide a full refund. The issue was resolved extremely quickly, and it was refreshing to be able to communicate with a real person rather than a chatbot. Many Thanks to Reena for her fantastic customer service.
Minor issue with my purchase of a Dual…
Minor issue with my purchase of a Dual Air Fryer, but easily resolved with advice off Carl from their Customer Support Team. 5 Stars for the item and 5 stars for Carl.
Wrong item delivered twice
Wrong item delivered twice. The size of case was smaller than ordered off Amazon and the strange thing is they sent a size that wasn’t an available choice. First case we ordered was returned and then ordered again but the price had gone up £7 and they offered a 20% so we were still paying more than original order but got a smaller size. Bizarre. Anyway they told me DPD would collect today but no one called to collect item and I won’t get a refund until they receive the item. This feels like a scam to me.

They have also corrected their description on Amazon.
I have since bought a different lounger from Kelpin and received my order the very next day.

Bought a great 28 inch suitcase in black. Ready to take a holiday to Spain. Great price and a 12 month warranty included. The Kipling Group team have been great in assisting me with issues in registration process. Very happy with this company and product.

I bought an electric blanket from them
I bought an electric blanket from them, it didn’t last for up to 3 months. When I contacted them, they said they couldn’t help me because I wasn’t registered for the warranty. Nobody told me about this when I bought it, now I have lost money. Don’t bother buying anything from them because they sell substandard products.
Update: The customer service issued a refund to me. Very helpful.
I ordered some garden chairs
I ordered some garden chairs, I hadn't used the company before and I was offered a 10% discount on my purchase.. unfortunately the payment was processed before I had time to add the discount. I emailed the company, received a very quick response to say that a 10% refund would be given in 2 to 5 days, I'm now looking forward to the arrival of aforementioned chairs

Ordered a pair of slippers on Amazon…
Ordered a pair of slippers on Amazon which arrived on time but ha d a defect. After contacting the seller Keplin they sorted the issue quickly by sending a new pair as soon as return tracking was confirmed. Great slippers, very comfortable and true to size. Thanks I will order again in the future.
Keplins basic cordless vacuum…
Purchased Keplins basic cordless vacuum for £40 from Costco on impulse as it was on special purchase. Normal price £60. Was cheap, so expectations were not high but only needed it for our static caravan. It has some great options. 2 speed, lightweight. The battery separates from main vacuum for easy charging if not using the cradle and the light on the brush shows exactly where the dirt is. However the suction is very poor. Low setting is a waste of time and even on the high setting you don't feel any suction whilst trying to vacuum carpets. Yes it picked up some dirt but when I went over the carpet again with our more expensive cordless, that picked up even more dust and the plug in the wall vacuum we use sometimes did an even better job. So sorry Keplin you only get 3 stars and they are only due to the good points. So I can't recommend this product as suitable for any more than hard floors and light work. Returning it to Costco should not be a problem as they are generally very good about these things so I cant comment on Keplins after sales as not used them.

I ordered a pair of litter pickers/grabbers, unfortunately one got broken in transit.
I sent a message to advise them and received a quick response from Carl, all was sorted very quickly and efficiently and I received a refund for the broken item almost immediately
Bought the kelpin Airfryer in January
Bought the kelpin Airfryer in January. While 1 side works perfectly the 2nd side worked only once and stopped thereafter. So I technically only have half a working airfryer. The side that works I can’t fault but disappointed that both sides don’t work.

Keeping in touch with your Customers
The PR of this company is brilliant. I had a small issue with this company. Their response to the problem was quick and they kept me posted on every thing that they were doing to put things right. Which they did. It is a shame other companies and some trades people don’t follow their PR practices.
Suitcase return
I ordered 2 suitcases which I thought were cabin size - they weren't; they were really big. I contacted KG and they offered to get them collected for return as they were too large for me to take to the Post Office. They were pleasant to deal with. It has taken a while to get the refund but I am assured it is on the way. They have always promptly responded to communications.
