Your engineer Jack Freeman arrived on time, and assessed the site while paying close attention and understanding to my wishes regarding the routing of cables and sighting the equipment. His workmanship and knowledge was outstanding and completed my fibre installation superbly. He is a very polite individual and a credit to your organisation.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to your engineer, Samyan, who carried out my broadband installation on behalf of Sky.He was exceptionally polite, friendly and professional from start to finish. The job turned out to be more involved than originally expected, especially as he had taken it over from a colleague who, for whatever reason, was unable to complete it. Despite that, Samyan went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.He was patient, respectful, hardworking and genuinely pleasant throughout the visit. I really cannot compliment him enough. If only all engineers provided customer service of this standard!Please pass on my heartfelt thanks and recognition to Samyan. He is a real credit to Kelly Group and should be very proud of the excellent service he provides. Kelly Group installed Fibre Broadband…
Kelly Group installed Fibre Broadband on behalf of BT and the engineer ripped a box off our living room wall taking a chunk of wallpaper with it. We lodged a complaint and have been chasing up for months only to be told it had been closed and they were not at fault as the engineer drilled from "inside to outside". While that may be the case, they have completely ignored the damage done without even asking any follow up.
Will be refusing any further BT installations if it is completed by this company.

I just had my broadband fixed by one of your engineers. Walter Arias Has done a wonderful job. He replaced all cables and made it look pristine, I can not be more happy about the service provided. 10/10
How many times does it take
They have just arrived yet again but this time 5 vans outside standing about with measuring stick to debate the height of the cable. This is getting to be ridiculous since we had hope (again) to0 be the end of this since Friday 12th June they were here and seriously threatened to disconnect us! An trying two make formal complaint since this all started last October 2025

Everytime someone goes up the pole to add a connection it bring my WiFi down then I need to wait for 5-6days to get back up and running it’s a joke last person to work at my property was Brandon Scott please get this sorted asap it’s getting a joke also work from home so this is causing nothing but issues if you don’t have the right engineers to do the install then don’t have them on the job every single time I see someone go up the pole it’s shorts out my internet and gives no connection sick of it then takes about 5 days for an emgineer to come get it sorted Kelly
Above and beyond the call of duty
Recently had EE Broadband fitted.
The installation was great however linking it to my devices was very difficult and frustrating.
I’m pleased to say the service the installation engineer, Dave (sorry I didn’t ask his Surname),was fantastic, he went above and beyond what was expected.
He gave me his phone number and even followed up the original visit on his day off
He deserves a Medal !!
Outstanding Service
Antonio came out today to change my broadband from part fibre to full fibre. He arrived at the specified time slot and went above and beyond to allay my fears and also to find out where my cable link had been placed as it was not where it should have been...thanks to the inefficiency of Openreach. He did an excellent job and is a very kind and caring young man to his customers. Thank you Antonio.
Obviously cant plan anything
Obviously cant plan anything, decided to dig uo a road outside of Sizewell B power station during its shutdown. So thats 1000 people inconvenienced when if they'd have done it any other time of the year there would be hardly anyone effected.

Waste of time
I was supposed to get my broadband installed today between 1-6pm, and no one has turned up or attempted to contact me, despite all the texts from yesterday saying it will be done today. Took the day off for this to be home and the lack of communication has made this a complete waste of time.

I would like to thank the engineer Ilker Menekse who helped us with our new router installation. After only 24 hours, we lost our internet connection and unfortunately the issue could not be resolved over the phone.
The engineer came the very next day, even at the end of his working hours because I was not at home earlier, and he stayed longer until the problem was completely fixed. His patience, professionalism, and dedication were truly appreciated.
Excellent customer service and a great example of going above and beyond for customers. Thank you again!

I’d like to give some positive feedback…
I’d like to give some positive feedback about the broadband installation engineer who attended my property. I know he was from Kelly’s, although I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name. He did identify himself on arrival.
He was a lovely guy — very polite, professional, and courteous throughout. He called me around half an hour before arriving, which I really appreciated.
Once here, he clearly knew exactly what he was doing and worked very efficiently. He was clean and tidy while carrying out the installation, went outside to do work at the cabinet, then returned and got everything up and running without any issues.
Overall, a great experience and excellent service from someone who represented Kelly’s very well. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to him, as he did a fantastic job. Good people doing good work deserve recognition.
Excellent Work by Ilker Menekse
The initial engineer arrived at 8:30am but unfortunately had forgotten his tools, so he had to return two hours later. Once back, he then struggled to locate the correct cable for the WiFi installation, which took around another hour. Later in the afternoon, a second engineer visited to assess the situation and was able to find the cable within minutes. He then arranged for another engineer to come later that day.
Ilker Menekse arrived afterwards and provided outstanding service. He worked tirelessly to get the wireless router installed, despite there being no existing socket. He was extremely polite, kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and managed to complete the installation in around two hours.
While the morning experience was frustrating and ended up taking up most of my working day, the excellent service from Ilker completely turned things around. Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and greatly appreciate his professionalism and hard work.

Then open reach engineer Ilker Menekse phoned at 5.15pm and reassured us he would be with us in 5mins and that he would sort everything. Clearly very experienced, he was polite, efficient and uber professional. We are so grateful that he got to us on a Friday afternoon when lots of people would be finishing work. Thank you Ilker!!
