Nice nose stud, but they LIE!
Lovely nose stud, just such a shame they lied!! I returned a nose stud, as it was so bent, on the understanding they would send me a new one. They emailed me to say it was no longer in stock, so I looked on their website and it was in stock. I asked again and they said it was out of stock and they would take it off their site. So I called their bluff and order it..... It turned you with in a few days!! All because they didn't want to repost it and pay out. WATCH OUT for this.

Hi Elizabeth,
Please accept our apologies for the confusion you have experienced with your recent order with karma Se7en.
I can assure you that wherever possible we will always process a replacement for our customers if requested rather than a refund. However for the Gold & Honey Topaz nose studs we actually stock this item with 2 different sized gemstones. The larger oft these 2 options is actually out of stock as shown in the link below:
http://www.karmase7en.com/appQuery.cfm?404=/amber-topaz-and-gold-nose-stud-2-1mm.html.
I am afraid that I no longer have access to the returns for that you original sent back to us, but it may be that our staff had confessed the nose stud that you had requested with the larger version of which is out of stock.
However I am glad to see that you like your gold nose stud, and hopefully you will give us the chance to show you the higher level of service that karma Se7en is known for.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help with anything else.
best wishes.

Order refunded without any explanation
I bought some items from this company and a day later found the payment had been refunded to my PayPal account without any explanation.
Since the original payment method was PayPal, my refund is now stuck in a 'pending' situation in my account, so I am unable to currently retrieve it.
I don't know what happened with this transaction, but if the company were unable to sell me the goods for whatever reason, they should not have accepted my payment.
I would also have expected to have been given some explanation as to why this transaction was abandoned.
Very poor service indeed - I would not buy anything from this company again.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your review.
I can confirm that an email had been sent to you on the 9th of September to inform you that the item you had requested was being discontinued and due to this a full refund was being processed on your order.
I am afraid that we are only able to issue a refund using the original method of payment and due to this the refund was sent back to your PayPal account. It appears that this transaction has left our account successfully so I am unsure on why your account shows this as 'pending' However if you contact PayPal they should be able to resolve this for you. I will also ask a member of our customer service team to email you with the transaction ID for this refund to help with this.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the discontinued item.
If there is anything else we can help with please do not hesitate to contact us.
best wishes

Hi Catherine,
Thank you for the amazing review.
It's nice to read that you found our website nice and easy to use when you where shopping for your body jewellery and that you would shop with us again.
However it's very unusual that you did not receive a order confirmation email, as we do automatically send these out, as well as an order to confirm once your order has been shipped. these may appear in your spam folder though depending on settings and if it was your 1st time shopping with us.
If there is anything else we can help with in the future please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi Carmen,
Please accept our apologies. However we do not seem to have received any emails from yourself regarding this order.
I can see that an email had been sent to you on the 6th of June to inform you that an item you had ordered was out of stock. A 2nd email was then sent to you a couple of weeks later to inform you that this item would not be returning to stock as originally expected. Due to this we were asking if there were any items that you would like to receive as a replacement.
We did not seem to receive a response to the mentioned email and due to this a refund was processed for you.
I will also ask a member of our customer service team to contact you directly to confirm this for you as well.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
best wishes

9ct gold precious stones nose studs 2.1mm
I ordered 4 precious stones nose studs 2.1mm in 9ct gold. Unfortunately, I'm returning all but one nose stud. This is due to the gold claws encroaching onto the stones, leaving me unable to see the colour of the stone inside. I have kept one stud, the parabia topaz which is very pretty. I'm also returning the box for nose studs with sponge inside as it looks like a tobacco box. The studs do not resemble the photographs illustrated on the site, whereby the stones can clearly be seen. I'm really sorry.

Hi Haidee,
Thank you for your review.
I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with the gold nose studs that you had ordered from us. I can confirm that we would be happy to issue a refund for you once your returned items have been received. I also understand that you have spoken with a member of our customer service team regarding arranging this and an email will be sent you once this has been processed for you.
I also appreciate your comment regarding the photographs shown online. However I can confirm that the images we display online are images taken of one of the physical nose studs. However sometimes things like the stone colour shown on screen can be vary slightly on each screen it is displayed on.
If there is anything else we can help with please do not hesitate to contact us.
