Hi Jacky,
I can see from your order that you requested a 1.2mm x 5mm Labret stud. This is the smallest labret stud that we stock and not a very common size for tragus piercings.
If you would like to contact our customer service team on 0845 299 7797 we will be able to help and arrange a replacement for you for a larger sized stud.
best wishes

Hi Jessica,
I am glad to see that you like your new feather ear tip. Items like this that use a threaded ball can be a bit fiddly the 1st time you use them. Especially if you are not used to item that have a threaded ball at the back of the jewellery. However if you are still having issues please contact our customer service team on 0845 299 7797 and I am sure they will be able to help you with this.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can help with.
best wishes
