I purchased CTC773BAI stove and they say its automatic but it isn't.
There is a seperate button on left side of stove that you have to press for the spark to happen.
In other companies stove's spark happens automatically as soon as you turn the knob.
But not in kaff, there you have to press the separate button on left side of stove with your other hand.
What is the point of that, we can use lighter as well with other hand.
They have not mentioned this anywhere on their website. So do not buy. Go with Faber or any other brand.

Kaff desktop hob 5 burner , main gas pipe under platform got hole after 5 years , with limited use. 3 months, no parts . Auto ignition damaged after 3 years. Worst service support. But nice behaviour from customer support personnel.

Worst product quality,chimney albury 60 worked only for 6 months in 2 years rest is for repair and service requests, technical person doesn't come even after 10 days after raising complaints.recently changed door motor in August and not working again in October .kaff needs to change a lot .worst customer care team too

I’m not satisfied with service. They have subcontracted the service and those guys take 20 to 25 days to get the PCB (chimney) repair and now i’m using the stove without chimney. Now proactive updated from the repairer.

We purchased KAFF Cooktop in the last month, since then we are experiencing pathetic customer service and harassment from KAFF.
First , to install and change the nosles to align with PNG gas supply technician visited 4-5 times but he couldn’t do it properly. This resulted in excess gas supply and more bill. Later we found that the technician has covered the gas pipe with aluminium foil which is very dangerous to our family.
No one picks calls and even someone picks call no resolution yet. Pls don’t buy KAFA products.

Very Bad Service from Kaff Chimney Support!
I booked a service request for my Kaff chimney on 15th July, and today is 25th July — 10 days, and still no technician has come. I didn’t even get any call or update from Kaff support team.
After following up many times, I got the technician’s number, but he never picks up the phone. This is really frustrating. Kaff service is completely unprofessional and careless.
If you care about after-sales service, do not buy Kaff products. Worst customer experience!
Fraud company & Cheap products quality
Fraud company . They just only concerned about money and first buying , after that they service support is pathetic and product quality is worse to next. Please guys don't buy Kaff products and don't go with looks. Cheap Products throwing my chimney out of window.
Horrible Product & Service (Save your life)
Oh my god what a worst product and a service I have experienced with this company. It's been only 2 years and this hob has started playing up a lot. the ignition of the main hob was damaged due to "excessive heat or erosion" as told by the guy, despite the hob being in dry and non invasive space like a normal gas chulha must be placed. we asked for the service and wire change to which they charged Rs 1200 and 10 days down the line the hob is again not igniting.
Upon calling the customer service they asked us to pay again for the service which they were supposed to do properly in the first place. When asking for a reason they said the warranty is for 7 days and you have to pay for another service.
Like do you think the customer is stupid, the only reason customer comes back to you for the service and pay extra so that he is reassured that their product, that they invested in their hard earned money, is in safe hands and also for the product longevity. And do you even care about safety or is it optional to you? Turning the hob on and waiting for the lighter to ignite for a good few seconds can lead to disaster. Has happened before the sudden catch of fire my mother is scared of this hob. Raise the question if they all are the same. Shouldn't we buy the cheap services if we have to go through the same hassle?
Never buying anything from this company.
Another reason not to buy: The hob is fixed in the marble cutting when the service man unscrewed and lifted the hob it was corroded and a corner was gone due to rust. Hence the hob is cheaply built.
Luckily for us we never purchased this hob it was gifted. But obviously it's a lesson to invest in something good and safe rather than saving a few pennies for the time being.
I regret investing in 13 Kaff kitchen…
I regret investing in 13 Kaff kitchen chimneys for my apartment buliding, each priced at ₹9,900 one and half years back. We were shocked to find that ₹3,000 was charged for installation per unit, even though this cost was never disclosed upfront. That alone added nearly ₹40,000 unexpectedly to our expenses.
The product quality is highly questionable:
• One chimney’s filter malfunctioned within 2 months, and despite it being under warranty period, company demanded ₹3,500 for repair though the dealer informed it would be free of cost—a complete violation of warranty terms.
• Another chimney’s bulb failed, and despite repeated follow-ups, it took over 6 months for Kaff to respond. We were charged ₹2,400 for a simple bulb replacement, which is both excessive and unprofessional, especially considering their service delay.
• The third unit also developed filter issues, and they came to fix it 1 month after lodging the complaint.On our further enquiry,we cane to know that filters get easily damaged if its plastic clip instead of stainless steel clips.If it is so ,isnt the company responsible for fitting that initially.If it is so,is it wrong if we demand the steel clips to be installed in all units free of cost considering the fact that we were deprived of this information and considerable amount of money was demanded unexpectedly and paid also.They demanded 3700 again for the service and we paid.
Also visits for checking the complaint of the product was charged 300 rupees extra.This happened twice or thrice.
Kaff’s after-sales service is extremely poor, with delayed or no responses, and a tendency to evade warranty responsibilities while demanding high repair charges.
Worse still, due to the poor suction and malfunctioning units, we’ve had to evacuate children with asthma from the flat during cooking, as the fumes and smoke accumulate dangerously. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a serious health hazard.
We are now genuinely anxious about what issues may arise with the remaining chimneys, given the poor build quality and almost non-existent service support.
Terrible website and customer service, stay away
Terrible website. Purchased stove on 25th June and got it on 6th July after so many follow ups with phone mails and WhatsApp. When you call call-center they will surely not even listen to anything you want to ask, they say please send mail and we will respond withing 24bhours and don't worry you may or may not recieve a reply is few days. But no support. After receiving product if you call for demo and installation they will say send WhatsApp but no one will respond to it. Then if you email they will say all support is through the call center only, again you request them and lots of begging to the lady she understoodt i will not cut phone even though she said I am not audible for first 5 minutes even though i could hear back my voice from her head phone, determined i did not cut or get angry waited for 30 mins with begging, she felt ok let me help poor guy. She assigned for installation but again problem started
They came and charged my parents who are 80+ saying installation is chargeable. That too a cook top. Please stay away from kaff. This is case of installation god knows what will be case if I need to excercise warranty.
And a pan support for big vessels shown in all photos when i purchased is missing from the box. The guy who came to install says i have fixed all that is there in box and no clue how to get it.

Its been only 6 months we have installed kaff cooktop(preston) since the time it's installed it's been a big head everyday new problem arises and when we call the customer service people they don't even respond and they take customers for granted and the person who comes for servicing says it's a new cook top and I don't have any idea about the hob and he opens it up and next week again my hob stops functioning.while buying so many promises were made and now they fail has a brand.customer service is lifeless.

Kaff's service support is one of the most pathetic services I have ever had. It seems they outsource their services to local repair persons. I had problems with my chimney so got it serviced, after the service it started making more noise, I again complained about it to the customer care and there reply was that you will have to pay visiting charges again. My only question being if you have not done the service properly the first time why should the customer pay charges again and again.

Extremely poor after-sales customer care services. Once the purchase was made, it felt like customer support just vanished. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, there has been no redressal to the issues. Phone calls are ignored.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before buying, especially if post-purchase support is important to you.
We Disappointing Experience with Kaff Hood and Hob - TVM, Keralapurchased the Kaff Bellini model…
We purchased the Kaff Bellini model hood and hob for our new home in TVM, Kerala in 2023, based on the recommendation of our architect and positive reviews. The staff at the Kaff store claimed that it was an "award-winning" model. Initially, we were impressed by the design and helpful staff, though the price was quite high, making us hesitant. However, since our home’s interior was nearing completion and the space was designed according to Kaff’s measurements, we went ahead with the purchase for more than ₹70,000 but less than ₹80,000, though we were still unsure.
After 6 months of use, we started experiencing issues with the chimney vent getting stuck. A technician came but couldn't identify the issue correctly and provided a temporary fix. The problem persisted, and after another month, we were told the motor needed replacing. After several calls and follow-ups for 1 month, they replaced the motor. While the motor was replaced free of cost as it was covered under the warranty period, the issue still occurs intermittently, with some days it working fine, and others, it's stuck again.
The hob also shows poor performance. The glass top gets too hot within 5-10 minutes, and today, I noticed a burned mark on the glass after making chapati for a gathering of 8 people. This was incredibly disappointing, especially when compared to my old Prestige glass top, which still holds up after 14 years of use without any cracks.
Additionally, cleaning the Kaff hob and hood is a hassle. The glass top is not user-friendly and requires constant care. I have to use a microfiber cloth for cleaning, but despite that, I've noticed multiple scratches on the glass top, making it look worn out much sooner than expected.
One of the most frustrating parts of the experience has been the service staff in TVM. The technicians seem to lack specific knowledge about the products, which has led to incorrect diagnoses and ineffective solutions. This has only added to my frustration, especially considering the high price of these products.
We truly regret our purchase and want to save others from going through the same frustrations we are facing. Please think twice before investing in Kaff hood and hob. It’s simply not worth it.
After Sales Service is Non-existent
I am based in Kerala. Bought a Kaff gas hob a few years ago. The hob is OK but the after sales service is terrible. I raised a service request on line. Technician was meant to call within 48 hours but it took a week for him to call and arrange an appointment. I sent him location details as requested. He didn't show up and wouldn't answer my calls. Kaff told me the technician had closed the request as he was unable to contact me which was untrue. Another service request was made and the technican didn't contact me to arrange an appointment. The Kaff customer service person I spoke with was unhelpful and just said I'd have to wait another 48 hours. I explained I'd already been waiting nearly two weeks at which point he pretended he couldn't hear me and cut the call. I called back and got through to the same person who again cut my call. He had all my details so if he really couldn't hear me he could have called back but didn't. Needless to say, I would not buy a Kaff product again and would suggest anyone thinking of buying one should look at other makes with better after sales service.
