Absolutely pathetic customer service. I’ve raised complaints three times requesting a technician visit for my KAFF microwave, and not a single person has shown up. It’s been 15 days now that my microwave is not working, and despite calling repeatedly, there has been zero response or accountability. No updates, no follow-ups—just empty promises every time I call. This is by far the worst after-sales service I’ve ever experienced. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
Bad service on Hob
Bought Kaff Chimney NOBELO LX DHC 75 and HOB ASF 784 on 5th March 2024. Last month, I called the service centre and asked for servicing of both the equipments. Their engineer came and serviced Chimney but pointed out that one of the burner of HOB is leaking and it needs to be changed. I lodged the compliant on 12th March 2026. 14 days have been passed and no body has come for changing this. Called the customer care multiple times. Surprisingly, customer care executive gave me a different number for servicing. When I called that number and dropped Whatsapp messages, no one has responded so far. In such a competitve world, I wonder how company can afford to sleep over the complaint and not even pick up the phone call. Customer care executive told me that they dont have the spare part. As basic a spare part as burner is not available. Wonder what kind of business is being run by the company. I want senior management of the company to take note of this and work on this before they are driven out of the market

We have a KAFF oven
We have a KAFF oven. Its thermostat was spoiled. Firstly we called about 10 times and after 10 different promises, a technician came (after about 2 months). This is a third party agency coming for service. After he charged heavily, he replaced with un branded second hand thermostat, which although we saw it, allowed him to proceed, as we had no option. After that, the thermostat never again worked. The oven runs on full power. Again its been 25 calls and no one has turned up.
One of the worst after sales service in the country.

Neverrrrrr buy any product from KAFF. I REGRET CHOOSING SUCH A FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHERE CUSTOMERS SAFETY IS PUT AT STAKE. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT YOUR LIFE, YOUR PROPERTY OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT A 3 BURNER AUTO IGNITION COOKTOP (OUT OF 3, 2 BURNERS HAVE COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING) ON 28 APRIL 2025 AND MY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS RAISED WITHIN FIRST MONTH OF IT'S PURCHASE. TILL NOW HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS I'VE RAISED BUT THE CONCERN REMAINS UNRESOLVED. THE PRODUCT FAILS TO FULFILL IT'S BASIC FEATURE i.e. Auto ignition. Several complaints have been raised in a single month but no relief. Recently I have filed a complaint on 21 feb 2026 and till date i.e 14 March the issue is not resolved. Every day they promise to send the technician but no technician has responded. Moreover the product has a 2 year warranty but now the company is denying that and says that after 1 year it's chargeable. Since the day I registered my first complaint i.e on 1 june 2025 I have been requesting for full refund of INR 9600 but till date the company has not initiated it rather they're claiming that they have no such policy of refund or replacement. But as far as I have understood they have various policies to bother their customers.....no customer care support, no response to customer's concerns,least bothered about a life,and the list is never-ending. IF I HAD AN OPTION I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO RATING. KAFF SHOULD BE BANNED 🚫. A big NO to this company.

After warranty service exists in name only. I informed the customer care to register complaint for the hob. Immediately a person pretending to be from kaff support called. Matter was discussed and the quote was approx inr 10,000.00. During the negotiation I was surprised that he let go off 30% on condition that warranty on parts will be 6 months and not 2 years. Is this kaffs sop to drop rates in exchange for short warranty. This needs serious investigation and matter is serious. I

The service is worst. Every time you raise request, they will close the ticket just like that. They won't come and resolve the issue. I need to call them repeatedly

Please don’t buy Kaff - both job and chimney are low quality. There is no service and it isn’t worth the price that you are paying.
Facing challenges since installation last year.
Especially chimney hasn’t performed as it should. Stops within few minutes.
Now service guy says the pcb has challenges and needs replacement.
I really regret choosing a Kaff stove
I really regret choosing a Kaff stove. When I bought it, I expected it to be reliable, but it has been nothing but trouble. The burners keep failing, and I’ve had to replace or repair them every six months. For a product at this price point, that’s completely unacceptable.
Instead of enjoying a hassle-free kitchen, I’ve spent way too much time dealing with service calls and recurring issues. The durability just isn’t there, and the constant upkeep has become frustrating and expensive.
I wouldn’t recommend this stove to anyone looking for long-term reliability. I wish I had gone with another brand.

I purchased CTC773BAI stove and they say its automatic but it isn't.
There is a seperate button on left side of stove that you have to press for the spark to happen.
In other companies stove's spark happens automatically as soon as you turn the knob.
But not in kaff, there you have to press the separate button on left side of stove with your other hand.
What is the point of that, we can use lighter as well with other hand.
They have not mentioned this anywhere on their website. So do not buy. Go with Faber or any other brand.

Kaff desktop hob 5 burner , main gas pipe under platform got hole after 5 years , with limited use. 3 months, no parts . Auto ignition damaged after 3 years. Worst service support. But nice behaviour from customer support personnel.

Worst product quality,chimney albury 60 worked only for 6 months in 2 years rest is for repair and service requests, technical person doesn't come even after 10 days after raising complaints.recently changed door motor in August and not working again in October .kaff needs to change a lot .worst customer care team too

I’m not satisfied with service. They have subcontracted the service and those guys take 20 to 25 days to get the PCB (chimney) repair and now i’m using the stove without chimney. Now proactive updated from the repairer.

We purchased KAFF Cooktop in the last month, since then we are experiencing pathetic customer service and harassment from KAFF.
First , to install and change the nosles to align with PNG gas supply technician visited 4-5 times but he couldn’t do it properly. This resulted in excess gas supply and more bill. Later we found that the technician has covered the gas pipe with aluminium foil which is very dangerous to our family.
No one picks calls and even someone picks call no resolution yet. Pls don’t buy KAFA products.
