Just had Paul carry out a mobile repair on my gloss black alloy and can’t tell the difference it and the original one. All took less than an hour and friendly service definitely recommend. I have also used this company for diamond cut wheels done by the workshop and they’ve always come out well too.

My experience with just wheel repair was amazing i had 4 wheels done with them on my vauxhall vectra and the result is outstanding highly recommend them quick turn around had my wheels back in 3 days with a quality finish

Booked Just Wheel Repair for 4 x diamond cut refurbs. Engineer came to my house but unfortunately my driveway was at too much of an incline to leave on axel stands. Luke the engineer arranged for me to drop my car to the workshop and collect as my car was due to go back to lease company the following week. Superb service from the guys. Alloys look brand new. Cerys and the ladies in the office were so helpful throughout. 100% would recommend and use again!

Superb service from Just Wheel Repair, the wheels for my Golf GTD totally transformed. They were black when I got the car, and after advice from them, I decided to return them to original diamond cut. The result is truly impressive, real quality work, and all done in 48 hours! Bought a second hand Peugeot 307cc, had kerb damage on 2 of the alloys. I like black rather than silver wheels anyway so I approached the guys n gals at JWR. 2 days later, fantastic job. Shiny, good as new, black wheels. I am absolutely delighted. Great job, great people and great value. You lot are the best.

Reliable, responsive, decent value and high quality finish. I scuffed the offside front alloy on my Porsche Taycan on restrictive access barrier. I called Porsche Hatfield, they recommended Just Wheel Repair (this tells you something). I called the number on website, Paul answered immediately, explained process, costs, timing etc. He made it easy to understand for a first timer. I sent pictures of the scuffed alloy and my address on my iphone message to him. His secretary called and booked me in. Paul and team turned up on time, they just needed a power supply and parking. They completed job in 90 minutes to high spec. In short they made this process easy, low stress, they are super experienced, they have track record and are proper professionals with no excuses, complaints, delays or whingeing. Well, where to start with this company.... first off, halfords slightly damaged a wheel so this company was chosen to carry out the repair, not the cheapest but had decent reviews.
Ill get the good bits out the way first - the staff in the office are friendly and the collection and delivery attempts were fine.

So, they were given a diamond cut 19 inch wheel with fairly minor bits of damage. They then returned the wheel to me in a worse state than it went out
- There was black paint all over the face of it
- marks from the tyre machine had already damaged the finish
- lacquer was bubbling up already
- the diamond cut face had around 1-2mm taken off it
- they hadnt even cleaned up the spigot hole and had painted rust in it
- the inside of the dish was like sand paper
- the inside rim wasnt even touched, full of scratches and damage
- the colour was A MILE off what it should be....

There was then a lot of back and forth and bringing me spare wheels out at 5am which was a pain in the ass to get the wheel taken back to them, finally after 3 attempts they sourced some loan wheels for me to use, they took the wheel, again an early start at 5am they came out... 4/5 days later i had the wheel returned to me.

I wish i never bothered at this point, refitted the wheel at 5am again and didnt get a chance to check it over, checked it over the next day in day light, the colour is much closer now, i can live with that. But the diamond edge that originally was 4mm off the face, then cut to about 2mm off the face, i was assured as there was no damage just a repaint they take less than 0.1mm off the face. Well, they didnt, they have cut the wheel completely flush with the face, in some spots they have even gone deeper than the face of the wheel and there is a big score where its almost like it wasnt straight in the machine. They then gave me loads of back and forth rubbish that the wheel is probably buckled and this has caused it, well the wheel is certainly not buckled and if it was done right the first time I wouldnt have this issue now.
More back and forth from them and then they tried to pass the blame back to halfords, who tried to pass it back to JWR, at this point i was sick of it.
I have asked for the money back for the refurb which i recieved, and now i have a ruined wheel and £130 odd... which is no where near the cost of the new wheel but the amount of stress caused by the clearly useless skills of their refurb staff speak volumes....
Now ive got to foot the bill myself for a new wheel because of their incompetence.

I wouldnt give them any work in the future even if it was a basic paint job, they couldnt even get a finish or colour correct.

Can't fault them, polite friendly, did exactly what they said they would and on time. Also the repair is brilliant, would have no hesitation recommending them.

Used Just wheel repair via my insurance company for the repair of 2 alloy wheels. From start to finish it has been a tremendous service. The initial booking was very easy and the team that I booked with could not have been more accommodating to my requests. The repairer Colin called me before he arrived and updated me on his progress. The job was completed to a very high standard and he was happy for me to ask questions about the repair. At last a company that delivers a great service and doesn’t use COVID as an excuse for failure!!
No hesitation to recommend or use again.
