Always exceptional. I would struggle to go anywhere else to buy a car... Staff are always polite and helpful and whenever I've needed any work doing, they go the extra mile. I've sent family and friends there and they've all raved about the service.

The people at JustAudiVW understand the meaning of the word service. From booking the repair, service reception and loan car handover to completion of the repair and handing back my car the ream in Lincoln were courteous, efficient and friendly. Unlike experiences I have had elsewhere before I started relying on JustAudiVW, having servicing or repairs done by JustAudiVW is hassle free and always cheaper than expected. Real value for money. Thanks JustAudiVW.

Great experience buying my I Pace from JustAudiVW. From the second Tyler took my call I felt valued and in good hands. I had to come down from Scotland (over 300 miles) and was nervous about the thought of buying a car so far away, but Tyler was completely open and honest and did everything he could to ensure I had a hassle free experience. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and there is a massive value in dealing with a seller you feel you can trust, and that's why I'd travel another 300 miles to buy from Tyler and the team there for my next car.

We have just part exchanged our Motorhome for a another one & we were very pleased with the whole experience from start finish.
Everyone we met or spoke to were friendly
Connor was very approachable and knowledgeable , he gave us plenty of time to look around the vehicle and a thorough demonstration of it .
We were kept up date with the progress of the exchange and it all went very smoothly.

I have bought two cars from these guys one for myself and one for my daughter and we are both very very happy. Connor and the rest of the team at Just Audi have been exceptional I’ve had better service from these guys than from the main dealerships for my other cars. Thanks again.

Alex, Service Manager, was extremely helpful to me after I had several issues with my car, I would like to highly commend Alex for his customer service, communication and willingness to help, thank you

Just purchased a motorhome and Connor has been brilliant throughout the whole process, always happy to a answer my (not so) stupid questions 🙂

Brilliant is the word.
We now have the van we have been looking for. Connor was excellent throughout and I would not have wished for better customer service. Bonus that it is just down the road and for those living further away well worth the trip.

Really positive experience buying a Motorhome. I had enquired over the phone and had all of my queries well answered with really good communication. Travelled a number of hours to complete the purchase based on the confidence gained over the phone and email. Everything was exactly as described and Connor was excellent to deal with in person - very professional and friendly. Would recommend to others based on quality of customer service.

Just picked my 7th car from these guys, great service as always! Big thanks to all the team.

We recently purchased our Skoda Estate for our young family from JustAudiVW, and what a fantastic experience we had! Ben and Martyn were wonderful, they respected our budget, guided us with what cars would work well for us based on what we needed, and were relaxed, which we really appreciated as we didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Once we'd found the car for us, the process was incredibly smooth and easy, from seeing the car we wanted to having it on our driveway, was 5 days! Ben was fantastic, a very easy gentleman to talk to, he was happy to explain everything in as much detail as we needed and answered all our questions, he was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our new car! Thank you once again to JustAudiVW for helping us find the perfect car for our young family, we've also got 2 happy spaniels who appreciate the large boot space our new vehicle has to offer!

Brilliant service, communicated so well and got the car ready promptly, amazing sales person Tyler McGrath he was very nice and honest about everything and reassured me on any questions or concerns I had

I’ve just bought our fifth car from Just Audi. It’s for our son who is just learning to drive. We have been a client of Just Audi for 10+ years. They are a superb, family owned business whose customer care is second to none. They always go above and beyond and will help in whatever way they can. We trust them completely when buying our cars and use them for all our servicing needs. Conner, who has just helped us with the latest car was superb. We cannot recommend them enough.

Very friendly staff and felt welcomed, however they left us alone to browse.
Whole process of purchasing a vehicle was really easy and we were updated regularly.
Thanks to Connor for all your help
Mike & Ronnie

Tyler went out of his way to help me even before I got to the dealership by videoing the car for me. When I viewed the car and during the subsequent negotiations he was very helpful, answered all my questions and went the extra mile. On collection he was thorough and it all went smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JustAudiVW and Tyler.

Great Service from start to finish purchasing a used car. Conor provided excellent service and communication.

Just got home with our lovely caravan. Thankyou Connor,we cannot thank you enough for the excellent service and help you gave us. Connor gave excellent service from the start and when we collected the caravan he explained everything in great detail. We definitely would recommend buying their motorhome or car from Connor at Just Audi.

From my initial enquiry right though to the sale, Ben at Just Audi VW was incredibly helpful. Great communication, super friendly and went above and beyond to help me secure the dream VW Transporter T32 van for my business.

As I had to travel up from London he even picked me up from the train station and brought me to the dealership! Honestly can’t fault my experience at all! Thank you Ben and the team!

Purchased a Mercedes 3 years ago and a Toyota last year with excellent service from Justaudi. Required a warranty claim on one which was dealt with no issues. All staff are 1st class with nothing too much trouble.
Well done all at Justaudivw.
