Scam - And now fighting to cancel a subscription I wasn't aware of
Just paid £1 for a 3 day trial with absolutely no information given until after purchased, that the amount of £42.99 is due to leave my account in 2 days time for a subscription - A subscription I have not signed up to.
I have emailed three times to request the subscription be cancelled, since there does not appear to be any way on the app to cancel this myself. I have received no response other than an automated message stating someone will reply within 24 hours; by that point it will be over the time scale required to cancel despite me contacting earlier and within the time frame.
Inspoy - Here is your opportunity to reply, do the right thing and cancel this subscription I never signed up for, with no further charges.

SCAM, they are stealing money!!
I payed 1€ for a 3 day thing. Now they are charging me 47 €. I never agreed to anything, I checked if there was a further subscription after the 3 days but it said I had no subscription. Now they just charging me. I didn’t even receive an email (nor the product I payed the 1€ for).
This is a SCAM!!!! Don’t get the app, don’t give them any data!!!!

Avoid - absolute scam. Cancel what ever card you used and avoid at all costs!!!!
To update and give context (as requested by Insopy following review) , paid for the £1 colour chart trial…. Luckily my credit card stopped a further charge of £25.99 going out at the exact same time and blocked request. The subscription of £42( (!!!!) after the trial was clear - and clearly that was going to be cancelled at such a ridiculous price for I know not what…. I guess because no one goes on to the subscription, they sneak in a £25.99 somewhere in the small print as part of the ‘trial’…..
To be fair, Inspoy did cancel my ‘account’ quickly and were responsive to my direct email - as they have been to my initial review here, which is something.
However. My advice is still avoid given the very ‘hidden’ elements of their sales.

The app has no ‘settings’ feature so couldnt work out how to block and it appears invisible in my phone billing! I only realised because it was on my bank statement. AVOID!

I don't recommend using their services; they're a scam. They offer various fashion and beauty services with three-day access for 1 euro. Immediately after paying, I found out I'd been charged 29.90 euros. I'd signed up for their monthly paid newsletter, which I didn't. I immediately wrote to them saying they were scammers. They replied, "Okay, we'll remove you from the newsletter." I demanded a refund, otherwise I'd leave bad reviews everywhere and sue them on YouTube, where the ads were posted. They promised a refund within 7-14 days; that was on August 17th. Today is September 4th, and I haven't received my money back. I hope they'll use it for medicines. Maryna
