Junction 17 Cars 

Initially it was positive with good communication, however on arrival the hospitality was very poor, travelled nearly 4 hours to the garage and not offered a drink. The car was handed over and only had 6 mile range! I drove to the petrol station to then find mud all in and around the fuel cap! Bit disappointing when you pay a significant amount of money!

The car was purchased, and the service up until the sale date was okay, but when they were supposed to return my substantial deposit, they stopped responding to emails and aren't answering messages. Two weeks have passed, and I still haven't received my money, even though I was assured it would be in two days. I'm reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities on Tuesday.

Sent a vehicle in to be sold then get a list of things that need doing to the vehicle before they’ll sell it so I went to collect the vehicle back and said where’s the list and show me on the vehicle to which some of the list was absolute BS they said the DRL’s weren’t working when they were absolutely fine etc. we agreed in person a deal and they sold the vehicle for me then waited a month for payment as per contract and nothing it took another week of constant calls to actually get my money which is shocking. If your buying or selling you’ll get a msg or call within 10 mins if you’re complaining about an issue not a single call or email. Would never use again.

AVOID THIS DEALER, they are absolutely disgraceful!
They do NOT check the cars before sale. Bought an X5, it had massive problems so they said they would replace it. After 8 months I found one on their website, they didn't even bother looking. The replacement car has massive faults again. It is now with BMW as they had advised, it won't run and now they are just messing me around. Seems like a lot of customers have the same problems. JUST AVOID JUNCTION 17 CARS unless you want serious problems. It is not worth the pain, go anywhere else but here!!

My father in law purchased a Jaguar XJL from here. We took the car for a test drive and decided to check as a many aspects as we can. We found a lot of issues but credit to the team for sorting this all out. The main issue was the ceramic coating. My father in law paid £400+ to get this done. This was not done. We came to collect the car as one of the car salesman said it will be ready by said date and time. Sounds great. We arrive. We waited nearly 2 hours for the car as it wasn’t ready. We go walking around and it is being cleaned whilst we waited. In the end “the job” was done. However we believe it is not or the guy done a terrible job. The swirl marks are horrendous. Water does not run off. I have contacted the after care team, who are clearly not interested as I have been ignored. I have rang 5 times regarding this. Consistently told, we will be in touch soon with a resolution. No one calls. I ring again. Get the same story again. Overall this whole experience is terrible and they cannot admit they were unprepared for us. The cannot admit the job was not done. I’m now going to be contacting other detailers to verify if a ceramic coating was ever applied. Very disheartening by Junction 17. Please do not purchase from here. They have beautiful cars with issues and the aftercare is very shameful. Save yourself the trouble

I purchased a Range Rover Sport Autobiography from Junction 17 Cars expecting a high-end luxury vehicle and a high standard of customer service. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the vehicle has had serious issues.

The problems started with battery faults, then I discovered an exhaust sensor had not even been fitted correctly and was left hanging outside the exhaust after what appeared to be a failed attempt at removal. Soon after, the vehicle developed engine noise and began pouring out smoke.

The car has now been back to the garage 3 separate times for repairs, spending weeks there at a time. An independent garage report has since stated there are signs of a poor engine rebuild, and I have now been informed they cannot do anything further with the vehicle.

Communication from Junction 17 Cars and their aftercare team has been extremely poor throughout. Calls and emails go unanswered, and despite repeatedly asking for a replacement vehicle of similar value, they appear uninterested in resolving the matter and simply ignore me hoping I will give up.

I have now been without my vehicle for over 5 weeks and have had to make alternative arrangements just to get to work.

This whole experience has caused a huge amount of stress and anxiety and has seriously affected my health. I feel completely let down by a company that should be standing by its customers and taking responsibility for the vehicles it sells.

I also expect the response from Junction 17 Cars to be nothing more than empty words and apologies, as that has been my experience throughout this entire situation. Despite all the promises and reassurances, nothing meaningful has been done to properly resolve the matter or support me as a customer.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Junction 17 Cars to think very carefully based on my experience.

Professional, and really helpful would definitely recommend.

The car was a nice car and I decided to buy it, I left a £500 deposit , when I returned home I realised I had made a mistake , when the finance company said they would not deal with them because of poor customer reviews in the past , so I called the same night some 3 hours after , there was no answer and the mail box was full , so I left a message on there site , no response , so I emailed them the next day , still no answer , so after 3 day I called and spoke to a very nice lady , who said a manager would have to talk to me , I told her I could not talk to anyone as I am at work and all they need to do is refund my £500, I then got a email saying they are looking into it and what action they are going to take over my deposit , I suggest thinking hard before doing business with this company , this review is made my Andrew Morris not Paula

I would like to warn people about the quality of workmanship that Junction 17 have in their Peterborough branch. I bought an XKR really nice car really happy to pick it up. It had an issue with the seats when I viewed the car where as they would not adjust and both seats were nearly horizontal. I agreed to buy the car if they could get seats fixed. The day I picked car up seats were in an upright position so sale went through. When I was a few miles down the rd I was sure there was an odd noise so I got out and looked under the car and found that the engine under tray was hanging off! Luckily there was a garage insight of where I stopped so limped into them so they could take a look. They managed to cable tie it up for me as it had been damaged beyond repair garage told me that whoever had worked on it last had not fastened up properly. I informed Junction 17 who said they would fix it. Before I managed to get back to them I found the passenger seat would only recline and not come back up. So this was added to be done by their garage. They did put a new under tray on but could not fix the seat they just disengaged it by pulling lever (pulling seat forward so access to back is gained) they then put chair fully back and rested seat against rear column this was in a semi upright position but not locked in with gearbox controlling incline( not sure it even safe to use like this) having lost faith with ability of their garage I asked for money back for service plan I had bought for three services, But they would not entertain this at all. If you are buying a car from this sale centre I would strongly recommend be be that you do not take out their service plan and indeed do not use their garage.

ABSOLUTELY STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!!
Purchased a vehicle which developed multiple faults shortly after purchase, including warning lights, limp mode, and confirmed fault codes from an independent garage.

I exercised my right to reject the vehicle within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and returned the car to the dealer. Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating.

There have been repeated delays, inconsistent information, and a lack of clear communication throughout. The vehicle was not inspected within the timeframe originally advised, and I have been left without both a car and the funds used to purchase it for a prolonged period.

I was also informed that an independent inspection had been arranged, however when I contacted the company directly, they had no record of any booking or enquiry.

Due to the lack of resolution and ongoing delays, I am now proceeding with a County Court claim to recover the funds.

Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid completely.

I approached Junction 17 to sell my GT 86, being a sports car it needed to be sold in the right market, I tried selling locally and on Ebay but with no luck. I was sent the required paperwork which I signed and returned. I dropped my car off on Friday at 1pm by 5pm the car was reserved and by the following Tuesday the car was sold. The communication through the whole process was amazing keeping me informed at every stage and to sell it that quick was just remarkable.

I’ve used Junction 17 on a few occasions to sell my cars, using their brokerage system. On all occasions I’ve been exceptionally pleased with the service I have received and also the return (financial). Jamie, who works within the brokerage department has always been brilliant throughout and has always kept me updated with progress. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this service to anyone.
