I made an order and have not received it after two weeks. Client service is not able to provide me a reason and just process refund. I love the product but the service is not meet my expectation.

The only downside that is not J. Smedley's responsibility: the shipment stayed in an interim storage facility for 5 days due to customs formalities and poor status reporting from the transporter.

Pls mind that when you buy from JS Outlet, as an EU customer, you will have to pay the custom fee, import tax; of course this amount is calculated according to the total amount of the purchase! SO keep in mind that you are saving from the Outlet but paying other fees..

I spoke on the phone with Leanne and I must say the service and attention for my customers needs was second to none. Leanne’s knowledge off product and skills at dealing with the public was amazing and the little things like Leanne’s help and Smedley being the best in its class, is the reason I have been a customer for 30years plus and will always purchase John Smedley.
A very old school classic company, that has moved with the times and still kept quality and class .

Fast and professional

I have purchased from John Smedley numerous times. The quality is excellent and I especially appreciate their logo-free presentation. Yes, it is pricey but the occasional sales and outlet store offer a cheaper alternative albeit with limited choice. The reason for this 3-star review is an unfortunate problem with a recent outlet purchase. One item purchased was faulty which I only noticed when I was wearing it for the first time. My fault for not checking and having worn the item was unable to return. However, I'd have thought quality control would have caught this item and not put it on sale or marked it as faulty.
