When I arrived I was met by Gordon the sale rep dealing with my sale. He was very good at his job and put me at ease and dealt with all the paper work and showed me around the car before I left.

Untrustworthy, lied about finance terms
Initial problems with car delivered damaged (sorted eventually)
But the real problem is the salesman lied about the terms of a finance offer (in writing)
Luckily I didn’t believe him and checked with Volvo directly.
I find it unacceptable to lie about finance terms and the dealership could not be trusted.
They were very good before purchase but after purchase it was EXTREMELY difficult to contact them when the car was delivered damaged. The issue of damaged vehicle was resolved eventually but only after they accused me of doing the damage - luckily I had photo evidence.
Overall I wouldn’t ever visit this dealership again as they are untrustworthy.

I phone John Clark Volvo Aberdeen as I had issues with a cigarette lighter which disappeared into the consol when I used it, phoned them up theyold me it would be a warranty issue so I booked it in to be fixed, after booking in I phoned there parts department to see how much a new cigarette lighter would cost they told me £35 so I told the lady in parts it was booked in to be fixed and as I had a 140 mile round trip did they think they could order one in to save me a second journey to Aberdeen, she told me she would talk to the service dept. When I arrived on the day for my appointment I had hung around the showroom and when I went to see if it was fixed the lady at the service desk told me that the cigarette lighter had been forced in and was not under warranty, so they did a diagnostic check which cost £150 to tell me that my headlight washers had a fault and would cost £430 to fix, so I had to order a new lighter socket that day , and make another 140 mile round trip for that, they phoned at 9.30 am the next morning to say the part was in, why did they not preorder the £35 part previously so it ended with me paying £150 and two 140 mile round trips, I phoned the service dept when I went home and asked to speak to the Service Manager the service lady told me he was with a customer but would get him to call me. Ten days later still waiting

Excellent Service from John Clark Aberdeen Volvo
John Clark Aberdeen Volvo made buying a nearly new car a pleasurable experience. Stuart Morrow the Senior Sales Executive who handled our purchase deserves special mention as he was always attentive, clear in all communications and friendly. There was always a warm welcome, a hot drink and biscuits whenever we visited the showroom. The car we bought was prepared very well and there were no delays or hiccups. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a Volvo.

Volvo Aberdeen dealer so bad.
Several times use volvo dealer in aberdeen,Custoner service not exist,you can wait any assistance or help for hours,salesmans or managers just ignoring,drink coffee and yaping.after work complete tbey never wash or clean the car,but every time I am ask them to wash it.When I ask them about wheel alignment ,the answer shock me. we no do wheel alignments as we no have equipment.So how you return cars for customers after work done which require wheel allignment?I use John Clark BMW aberdeen as well and there service 100% better at all points.Recomend to change volvo management or train them.

Happy with the service i got even when some damage was picked up. Arrangements were made for it to be rectified at a later date. The car was well presented and every thing explained clearly.

Stuart was a great help with purchasing…
Stuart was a great help with purchasing the car and also organising collection and set up /handover of the car. A bit disappointing some of the extras we ordered weren’t fitted but I’m confident this will be resolved in timely manner.
