I have dealt with this company previously & I was happy to go back to them when I was due to replace my car.
The sales staff were very helpful and met all my requirements for the car I wanted to buy.

Daniel was great, very helpful with information and prompt communication from the test drive to day of collecting the car.

All went good but a couple of times I had to ring back an chase things up myself again as wasn’t getting called back

The car that I bought only a week ago is fine. However, certain aspects of the purchase have not gone as I had understood. I accepted the explanation that I was given when I queried some aspects, as I could see the justification made by the Sales Executive. However, I had been told that the Navigation System maps would be update to date and when I asked about these post purchase, I came to the conclusion that the vagueness of replies must be deliberate. The Sales Executive continues to insist that the maps are up to date but the version shown in the car indicates that they are 5 years out of date. I have requested that I be referred to the management and this has not been forth coming at the time of writing this review. This is very very disappointing when you are paying a premium purchase price.

The dealership is easy to find, is spacious and welcoming and the sales staff are very helpful. I was dealing with Rhianna Davidson who dealt with my purchase very efficiently and spent time then showing me around the car and answering all my queries. A very positive experience indeed and echoes my previous dealings with the service department in the branch when I had my 325i.
