Just got my 3rd car from John Clark BMW Aberdeen, service was excellent as always. Easy to complete most parts of the sale process via online forms so not much to do in the handover. Nick is always so helpful and explains everything you need to know about the new car in detail and nothing is a problem for them.

Overall experience met expectations and sales team managed to get me the car I wanted at a price that suited my budget.

Dealing with Nick Garvie has always been a pleasure. He makes the process of changing over very straight forward and simple.

Jacky Chan was an excellent communicator and salesperson. He answered all my questions with alacrity and made an excellent handover video allowing me to understand the various features of my new car.
Overall a highly satisfactory experience.

I purchased my BMW X5 from John Clark having found it advertised on BMW UK used cars. As we live North of Inverness we had to depend on the excellent service from the sales contact in Aberdeen Mathew Jarvis. Mathew was able to send us info and videos about the car answering any and every question we asked. We were not disappointed when we finally saw the car when we took delivery, although the weather did its best to spoil the day! Since then we have had a couple of minor hiccups but these were handled faultlessly by Mathew.
All in all we are delighted with our purchase from John Clark Aberdeen made all the better by the help given by Mathew in Sales.

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful and not too pushy in trying to make a sale. Answered all my questions. Also provided a courtesy car free of charge when my own car was sold earlier than expected and I had no transport.

We received really good service from our agent Matthew. We didn’t have much time but got everything sorted in time. Some email clarifications were addressed in good time and overall it was a pleasant experience buying our car, which is fabulous by the way.

I have been a frequent customer over 40 years. I was delighted to have the opportunity to return to BMW and to John Clark. The trade-in and the purchase could not have been made easier both in terms of the financial deal and the customer service. Particular credit goes to Cameron Hadden.

I recently purchased a 2-year-old 5 Series Touring from John Clark BMW Aberdeen with just 8,000 miles on the clock.

Upon inspecting the vehicle on delivery, I noticed damage to the weather seal around the panoramic roof. There is a tear approximately the size of a five pence piece, and water is collecting inside the damaged section rather than running off the roof as intended.

This issue worried me as I am concerned it could lead to leaks or further deterioration, particularly with frost and wet weather. I am also anxious that any resulting water ingress may not be covered as a warranty claim due to the damage being present at the point of delivery.

I contacted John Clark BMW Aberdeen immediately to report the problem. While they have acknowledged the damage, they have refused to replace the seal. I have exchanged several emails with them, and despite even offering to fit the seal myself if they would simply send me the replacement part, they have still declined to assist. I have now had to open a case with BMW UK which It should never come to this.

I am extremely disappointed with their response to this, which does not reflect the high level of service I have consistently experienced with BMW over the years.

To note: Pre-sale service was fantastic by Daniel the sales rep. Unfortunately and out of Daniel’s control, his manager lets the dealership down and ruins all hope of a customer focussed post-sale service as he was the one making the decisions to not support.

Very simple process from start to finish and all the staff that I dealt with were very helpful would definitely buy from this dealer again.

Sales was good but a bit more information about the systems at collection could have been more informative
