I was wrongfully accused of a crime i never commit and daniel and ian went out of their way to fight my corner for me. The last 6 months my life been complete hell and has had a huge impact on my mental health but both of them have been my guardian angels and i have them to thank for and it was them who ended my nightmare. They were both their every step of the way, guided me and most importantly believed me from day 1. I like to say a huge shout out to daniel especially as he was their with me at the court hearing and trial, he reassured me we had a good fighting chance which helped take the strain off things and even in court itself i was very calm and thats all thanks to daniel. I made the right decision using this law firm so highly recommend, if i could offer more stars on here i would as they did a fantastic job for me. 😊😊

My experience with JMW was entirely unacceptable and ended up costing me a significant amount of money. Throughout the process, the solicitor wasted my time and was fundamentally untruthful with me about how the process worked and the actual timelines involved.

Because of their constant delays, poor communication, and misleading updates, I missed a crucial deadline. As a direct result of their incompetence, my mortgage rate increased astronomically, leaving me with a heavy financial burden that could have been entirely avoided if they had simply done their jobs efficiently and honestly.

If you are on any kind of deadline or value transparent, reliable legal representation, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I came to JMW having sacked a previous solicitor that had been provided by my employer.
Lucy Hicks from JMW took over my case, listened to me with kindness and compassion, and wrote a letter to the investgating officers and CPS, citing all of the reasons why the investigation should cease, together with caselaw.
Within two weeks of this letter being sent, the CPS returned "no further action." I had been on bail for nearly two years at that point, and Lucy did more in a few short weeks than had been done in the last 21 months or so.
