We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Scott Bell throughout our transport public inquiry. He was professional, knowledgeable and supportive from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and keeping us informed at every stage.

He, along with Tony Statter worked incredibly hard and achieved a fantastic result for us. We really appreciated their attention to detail, calm approach and commitment to our case. I would also add that all questions were responded to very quickly and we cannot be more pleased with the outcome.

As a person never in trouble with the police before I needed guidance and assurance when charged with 3 public order offences after what I thought was a minor altercation. JMW were recommended by a family member and Ben Hall was a brilliant advocate. As the legal process crawled forward he was always there, advising what I should do, recommending a good barrister , helping with correspondence and as we approached a pre-trial hearing guiding me to a great outcome. His knowledge and experience meant that finally, after over a year of uncertainty and prevarication by police and the CPS, no evidence was offered against me on all charges and I was happy, on his advice, to accept a Community Resolution oRder leaving me with no criminal record-very important for future travel.

These guys are modern day wonder workers. If you think the situation can’t be sorted think again. They will go out of there way to find a solution to your problem. When you need answers they will reply to you even on a Sunday. They make the whole process so much easier. I had 6 points put on my licence which was detrimental to me for so many reasons Hojol and Helen managed to get them cancelled. They are trustworthy and honest. Absolute superstars. Really happy with the service from Scott Ritchie. It was my first time dealing with this kind of paperwork, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Scott made everything so easy and straightforward.
