Quality was great of materials. The assembly instructions were ok for individual blocks but poor when it came to assembly of the block to the car! All in all not bad

Quality
The idea of the model and design are truly impressive. Big indeed, but not too big that it would be uncomfortable. Although there are some decent cons. Beginning with the stickers. With big ones, they are fine. But in case of small and tiny ones, their
quality is bad as they tended to torn apart, even if you hold them longer sticked on and remove the pellicle slowly. Other big con is the stability of some parts. Small parts were tend to fall down from the wings as well as turbines of the plane. Beside this, everything was good, instructions were easy and clear. Big thanks to JMBricklayer.

Very cool build
Very cool build! Lots of amazing details I didn’t expect. The color options were great so as to add to the witch or wizard theme. Also definitely didn’t expect to come with lights! Nicely done!

Many of the pieces were missing and others did not fit together. Very poor construction. The person I bought the item as a gift for had a very hard time completing the build.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Accurately measured weight is one of the inspection methods each product must go through before completion. If you're missing any parts in the first step, you may find them in the next steps. This dragon head set does have a certain level of difficulty in assembly, so if you feel you don’t want to continue building, please contact our support email, and we can arrange a refund for you. We will also pass this issue on to our technical team to improve the structure of this product and continue optimizing it in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
