I tried WeBricks because I couldn’t find the MOC I liked already built, at least not until later. What I want to praise is the quality of the non-original LEGO. The manufacturing quality is really very good and the parts fit together well. The advantage is that it is possible to upload many parts at once and then place the order.
That is probably where the praise ends. The website is incredibly slow, nothing really works properly, and sometimes you have to wait up to 3 minutes for it to load, which is unusable. Another huge problem is that they do not warn you that they have the Chinese New Year. So I waited 3 months for the shipment and it arrived exactly a month later. Support gets 0 points. Shipping is also expensive, 18 euros from China really seems like a lot to me.
But the worst thing is that the pairing does not work properly, that toolkit still needs a lot of fine tuning. I ordered 73983 but it translated it to 2429, great, what am I supposed to do with that? So one order was completely enough, next time I will not order from there again.

I purchased this product for my grandson 5 to do with his homeschooling instructor and myself. The instructions are very difficult to decipher. My grandson frustrated lost interest. It was difficult for me to read and understand which part was being requested to build the project. They compare themselves to Lego but Lego is fun and easy to use no comparison. I didn't like the expensive 3 month required subscription, I will be canceling mine hopefully that will go smoothly. Will I maintain access to the projects I purchased? I don't know i hope, it would be nice if instructions could be printed I
have to check into to that.

Brick Quality is good, but a lot of Parts were missing or replaced by other parts I don’t need. Not very recommended!

I placed an order the 29th of November and now after 15 days, nothing has changed. when i contacted support they said the normal, they will try to hurry up.

I dont recoment Webrick to anyone, useless support and seemingly a lack of staff since they cant keep up with orders. If i ever recive this order it will be the last time i buy from here.

Website has plenty of technical issues making it hard to navigate and order. The product is good in quality similar to official LEGO, fair prices and fast shipping.

I used to be a HUGE fan of WeBrick, until my most recent two orders. Both have been delayed to the point where neither have ever been delivered. I thought one package being delayed or lost might not be Webrick's fault so I attempted to reach out to them. They are incredibly unhelpful, although I was offered a refund after a month.

When my second order was also delayed, I knew that something must have changed at the company and quality control is zero.

I would NEVER recommend them at the current state their customer care is at. Sucks, because they really had a helpful service, but if I can't get the bricks, then I have to give them 1 star.

Still waiting for package. What good is a response from Webrick when I still don't have the product I paid for? Webrick responds "we are checking logistics". They shipped from China to California reasonably quick but then whoever handles their California transistion to the USPS is not competint. So as of July 2024 I would NOT buy from Webrick unless your willing to roll the dice on if your order ever even arrives.

Customer service there is seriously top-notch. Like, if you're missing a piece in a set, they're always super fast about sending you a replacement for free.

Very good value for price. I use only this site for ordering bricks. The only drawback: the site is very slow and often has bugs. Therefore, the ordering is sometimes laborious, which is a pity, given that the rest of the service (delivery and product) is great.

I bet the employees can't even count. I place orders of a bunch of pieces but half of the legos are missing. Such a dissapointment, and don't get me started on the billions of errors to try and even buy the legos. Also, in the mist of everything, it took 3 months for the orders to ship to me! Try Bricklink or Brickowl, at least they can send all the pieces to me.
