Jenkins property was recommended to us by a friend and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. From the first visit to our home Paul Jenkins clearly knew the property market. His knowledge, expertise and track record for selling property clearly demonstrated his experience in the housing market. Paul or one of his team did every viewing and gave us great feedback. Our house sold extremely quickly and the sale has been easy and stress free. ( Paul also recommended a great solicitor) The photos and write up on our property were amazing but the online video tour was simply exceptional.One thing that really stood out to us with this agent was the quality of the viewers.
Paul didn’t send just anyone round just so we had people through the door, the viewers we had all seemed genuinely interested and none of them seemed like time waster.

Jenkins handled the sale of my property superbly, they got us a fantastic price for our house and it was sold within 12 days. They handled all the viewings which made life so much easier for us and gave the people viewing a chance to be honest and not feel rushed, I believe this definitely helped to the sale of our property so quickly.
Barbara, our agent was fantastic and always easy to get hold of and speak to, even when we hit a few bumps along the way, Barbara went above and beyond to help us sort these quickly and very efficiently.
