Our property has been let and managed by FHP Living for the past 10 years and we have been very happy with the service we have received. The team always informs us of any property or maintenance issues and seeks our approval before going ahead with any works. Communication from Armani Rose has been consistently good and we are kept abreast of information throughout any tenancy or reletting process. The support from Alexandra with regard to recent changes to relevant legislation has also been much appreciated.

FHP have provided me with a fully managed service for over 10 years. Support with recent legislative changes has been excellent and advice regarding any leasing, tenant related issues or property repairs is always readily available. Zofia has been particularly helpful in recent months and it is much appreciated

Really clear information on what needs to be done to maintain the property whilst taking accountability for delivering on fixing any issues in a timely manner. Alex - our property manager - has been excellent throughout the whole process of listing, renting and then maintaining our relationship with our tenant. FHP and in particular Alex have made our first experience of letting a property simple and painless from start to finish.

Good quality estate agents from a Renter perspective. Very communicative, always happy to help getting problems sorted once raised.

When we had issues with one of their contractors for maintenance works, we raised with them and they got onto the contractors instantly to resolve the problem.

If you're looking to rent, I would recommend looking for a property through FHP. I've dealt with other agents and FHP from my experience are a head and shoulders above the rest.

I have always felt that my properties are being well managed by FHP Living and in particular with respect to the following:
1. They are meticulous in giving advice and getting my approval for any repairs over the agreed level.
2. They appear to have a large number of general and specialised contractors available to carry out work and the prices achieved seem to be very reasonable. The control and monitoring of the quality and execution of agreed repairs is impressive.
3. They are very responsive to my requirements and concerns.
4. The ongoing interaction with them functions very well and handover between FHP employees runs very smoothly in cases of absence.
5. An impressive and long record of finding suitable tenants at the best market rents achievable
