They showed up on time and determined what my problem was. My 24 yr old opener had a board problem. Could not be fixed. They installed a new Genie opener for me. Everything is back working fine. They knew what they were doing and things went smooth. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

After damaging my garage door beyond repair i was given this companies number by one of their satisfied customers. I can honestly say driving my car through a garage door has never been such a pleasure. They bent over backwards more than the garage door did, and provided a service that was second to none. From the 2 ladies I spoke to in the office, the man who provided the quote in record time to the chap that installed the new door, all were totally professional, polite and lovely to deal with and I felt really well looked after.
The new door was an improvement on the last with better security added and looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is searching for professional quality at an honest price. Thank you to all your marvellous team

I had been struggling to find my warranty for my roller door and the team at JB Doors were really helpful.
Rather than just sending a technician out at a cost, Kim suggested some ideas to try first. In the end it took a trip to JB Doors, £10 for the correct battery and now my door is fixed! Saved me a fortune and some stress. Thanks Kim!!

My garage door failed and I rangJBDoors Rotherham mid November and agreed to pay a deposit on two new springs
Until I got my visa bill 20 December I was unaware that I had paid £252 for two springs
Fitting took place 21 November and was completed within 20 minutes
The fitter told me the charge was £216. I told him I had already paid for the springs. He said I had only paid a small deposit
I need to explain that I only knew what i had been charged when I got my Barclaycard bill on 20 December
I rang JBDoors on 20 December to complain about the excessive charges and was told that all charges were explained in advance;this is simply untrue
In total the charges for supplying and fitting two springs was £468. I have received no invoice or guarantee

New side hinged garage doors fitted today and very pleased with the quality of doors & service we received from start to finish. Great quality doors & secure locking system. Darren came to measure up and after discussing our requirements we settled on the best doors for our needs. He gave us a very competitive price covering the removal & disposal of our old door & installation of the new one. We paid the deposit and 6 weeks later Ryan & Mason arrived to carry out the work. They worked quickly and professionally and had the doors fitted in no time. Very tidy workers cleaning up after they’d finished and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving & taking the old door away for disposal. Upon completion we called the office and paid the remaining balance by credit card.

Really easy process from start to finish. No pressure to buy, just one quick meeting to quote for a new electric garage door, I phoned to say yes, two men came out a few days later to install it. Easy to use, I’ve had no problems with it after two years. Looks great and works perfectly. 10/10 recommend.

Very professional, reliable and responsive company. Came to quote and they were very competitively priced. On top of that the installation team were excellent. I had a small issue with a slight dent in one of the panels but they reordered and replaced with no issues. All now complete and I am over the moon with the results.
