ABI doors fitted 3 sectional garage doors for me last week. From first contacting ABI to the final fitting everything they promised to do was carried out to the letter. Price, programme, quality and the professionalism of their engineers is first class. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for new garage doors to give them a call.

Very happy with my hormann sectional electric garage door. From initial assessment of my garage with knowledgeable non pushy advice to the actual fitting of my new door the service has been great.
So much better than the numerous other companies I contacted prior to ABI. Everything was easy to arrange and much better value for a superior quality door.

Wow these guys have helped me out today over a video call & im so happy that my electric door is now working perfectly. From the First Lady who answered the phone to the 2 tradesmen who helped me, they were all amazing. I was literally all sorted within 5 minutes of getting in touch & I had been trying to solve it myself for hours. I will gladly use these guys for further needs & i was so thankful they didn’t even charge me today. Five star all the way fantastic service

I unlocked my up-and-over garage door but it wouldn’t open for some reason. I emailed ABI and Craig came round the following afternoon. He prised the right side of the door open and saw the boot lid was open. I must have accidentally pressed the boot lid button on the car key after having put it in the garage. Craig managed to open the door wide enough for him to close the boot lid. Door now in perfect working order. An efficient job well done. Very reasonable price. If ever the garage door needs to be replaced I know who will be doing it.

If you’re not bothered about being notified at the last minute of a change of plan giving you a different time of arrival by the fitters and if you’re not bothered by having to chase ABi Doors about how to get hold of the several different promised guarantees you‘re probably OK. I found the installation fine, but
I found their communication problematic. I would have liked the fitters to have arrived at the renegotiated time agreed with me. Dealing with this change was time-consuming and unhelpful. In addition I would have preferred their handling of the 3 warranties concerning the door, lock and installation to have been straightforward, but sadly I am not telepathic and had to spend time finding our where the guaranties were.
My conclusion was that their communication was slack and not customer-friendly.
I won’t use them again, because those things matter to me.

Brilliant company. Quality doors. Had some garage doors fitted circa 6 weeks ago. Had to get the guys back just to sort out tension and they were there and sorted. Brilliant if you’re thinking of new garage doors don’t look anywhere else. They give u what is right for u and not look at an upsell u may not need. Thank you

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Survey was done, and a price quoted for a Hormann electric roller door. Great price, so went ahead. Everything was great...kept fully informed...and have just had my gorgeous new door fitted by 2 lovely guys, who left my garage cleaner than when they arrived!! If you are looking for a quality door, at an excellent price, with first class before, and after, service...forget the 'big names' and speak to ABi...can't give them more than 100%, but if I could, I would.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to James and the whole team for designing and installing our new roller garage door which is amazing. Having had surveys and quotes from the other big name suppliers it was obvious that ABI had the special touch and noticeable quality the others didn't. Family run does goes a long long way! Very pleased to recommend. Once again thank you.

I just contacted ABi about getting some new key fobs for my garage door as I had some that didn't work.
Rather than only saying "these are the ones you need" Caelan kindly also sent me some instructions to try to get the ones I had working first.
It's reassuring when a business puts trying to help you ahead of a sale.

Everything was fine from the beginning, dropped in when passing just to browse their showroom. The friendly lady there was knowledgeable and friendly towards me and my son. I ended up booking in a site survey for a new roller door and front door, which was attended by Chris. Again, very knowledgeable to the point where the technical stuff went right over my head, but that's ok, I'd rather have too much information that not enough.
Installation day came, and that's where I wasn't left fully satisfied. I went to the trouble of having a double socket placed near the opening of the garage so that cables didn't have to be run all over the garage. However, they still managed to make the cable run from the controller to the socket look untidy and "in your face". It could have been placed much more discretely or even in trunking for a more professional finish. No paperwork or operating manual was left for the garage door, so I have no idea what to do if something were to go wrong.
As for the front door, the fitters thought it was ok to leave a big gaping hole between the new sill (which clearly wasn't big enough) and the driveway, which definitely wasn't there before. When I told them I wasn't happy about it, the best solution they could come up with was to fill the gap with stones from the side of my house, which doesn't look great.
Then I contacted Chris after the installation to ask about options for smartphone operation of the garage door. He responded initially, but has been unresponsive for the last 3 weeks and I'm none the wiser really.
I went with Abi based on their excellent reviews, I could have had both the doors done cheaper elsewhere. I can't say I would recommend this company to my friends or family unfortunately, unless they go out of their way to put right all the above, which they claim to be customer service focused.

First class service. Very quick to attend. RAF was professional friendly and very knowledgeable. Sorted the fault quickly and explained everything. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

Just had a Hormann garage door fitted by these excellent people .
Everyone I dealt with from the original survey, admin staff and the team who fitted the door were really pleasant and helpful.
They all made the process easy and stress free and at a good price also.

Ordered a new Hormann series 2 remote from their website,fast delivery excellent service can highly recommend.

Needed a spare remote for our 20yr old roller door, which went out of production long ago. ABI had them in stock at a fair price, and delivered fast.

Excellent service. Rather than just sending out my order, They contacted me to ensure it was the right door springs, as it was, I did need a left and right and not two identical as I'd ordered. I couldn't believe the speed of delivery. I was expecting to be still waiting for them at the time of writing this, yet they are both already installed and working good. No hesitation on 5 stars . I'd give 6 if i could.

The ABi repair fitter Craig came in good time. Got on with the job with no fuss and explained what he had done on finishing. We are very pleased with the work done and would recommend ABi to friends and family. Many thanks Don.

Have to say, really impressed with this company. Came out to repair an electric garage they didn’t install quickly. When the same problem occurred with the year they came and repaired it again free of charge. Thank you! Will definitely call again if needed.

Ordered 2 remote controllers for my garage door. Delivered within 2 w/days, but only one was delivered. Rang them, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, she arranged dispatch of the 2nd controller inmmediately, and it arrived within 48hrs.
Both controllers were easy to program and work perfectly. Packaging was great too.

My door is quite old but works well, I needed a new remote fob but was finding it difficult to locate the correct replacement. ABI answered all my questions fully and in a timely manner, even suggesting I send pictures to them so there could be no doubt I was ordering the correct one. The remote arrived quickly with comprehensive instructions to copy the existing code to the new fob.

Great customer service throughout. I was kept updated through the whole process from ordering through to installation. Cannot fault anything the installation lads arrived on time and left no mess. I would highly recommend this company.
