it keeps saying BUSY although it’s not. We need contact with our loved ones due to coronavirus. This isn’t a time to be messing up

My number has not work it gose off every day and I have money on the account and it saying I have insoficent fund when I have minutes I have emailed and had no reply

Keeps saying not enough money in my account however I’ve just paid £10 and got 200 minutes. Tried to email but no reply??

When it works it works well. When it doesn't work it's very bad. Line often shows as engaged, or just wont connect, and some of this was before covid-19. Unable to get hold of anyone, and any communication sent doesn't get responded to.
And also when my number is called its not ringing me but gets answered by a foreign sounding man....please explain that. Reduced to 2 stars as you still deducted money

So now its 1 star and thats only because you can't give no stars. Yet again the line shows as engaged, so no calls coming through and you still take my time and money, to say I'm unhappy is an understatement.....fix up

Very good service, I always get my money’s worth and enjoying calling my partner whilst using this service.

My partner has been trying to call via this service for an entire week all we get are busy tones. This is service seams to mess up more than it works these days with us having a crossed line conversation the other day where all I could hear was someone else's conversation. I understand that not everyone is at work atm but surely they have someone managing the technical side to this service. I have had enough and am having to look at new services even tho I have used this one for over two years. Very unhappy with this service.

My partner has been trying to ring me for 2 days and it is saying line busy to them. I have contacted support via email and no response. I topped up £10 even though I already had credit. Can someone help please ? thanks

Happy with this service . We experience minor glitches that hopefully can be fixed. But otherwise perfect cheaper calls .

It is very helpful service especially when you are in hard time. Being in a prison could be stressful for both husband and wife. Calls are very helpful if you can’t be with your beloved one. And if it’s cheaper then you can talk hours and hours. Thank for JailTelecom.

Well what can I say about this jail call service sometimes it's really good and other times it's quite bad my partner tries to ring me,the calls cant come through even when I have credit some times it keeps breaking off the call so I'm afraid it's only a 1 star from me

Perfect moving saving scheme keeps me in contact with my inmate

Generally good system when it works, however, it is prone to be problematic at times. Sometimes have trouble receiving calls when I still have minutes. It would be beneficial if they had a responsive also contactable customer care service to address problems when they arise.
A part from that, when the service it working it's very good.

This service has not connected any of my partners calls for the past three days and have not replied to my numerous emails and messages through their messaging system. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly two years and it really gets me and my partner down that at such a vital time of year that their service should fail.
