The more I played on this website the more the games would stop giving a bonus when I 1st started playing the slots seem to be problem free and work as normal and then like I say as time goes on the slots seem to be laggy slow loading and letting you spend X amount of money then reloading right when it feels like a bonus is going to drop u can’t complain about it because all the customers service say is it’s all luck base and we can’t control anything that happens or the basic trouble shooting of clear your browser data and try again

If I was to give my honest opinion it would seem the slots are being mess with to make a bonus not drop

Next problem is the promo games
You win 30p max or a 5 free spins at 10p that don’t do nothing

I received a letter on behalf of my dad a few days ago and decided to play for him as it was played on my phone but connected to his card. But he had suddenly passed away.I’ve won over 60 pounds on there and as his card but his bank accounts had been shut off. So obviously cannot withdraw I then tried to contact customer services and after they had locked the account as I’m not the account holder but I’ve told them that my dad is no longer here. I could have proved it to them if needed to but they wouldn’t listen. I will not be playing on this gambling site again and no one else should either they just rob you blind. Awful service

I asked them a question about if it was possible to block slots as I only wanted to play bingo and they straight away closed my account! I'm sure they'll claim they were being responsible but you know what's not responsible? Having slots on bingo sites in the first place with no ability to block them or take a break. Why the gambling commission hasn't addressed this is beyond me. I haven't spent much money with them either to be flagged up as a "problem" I simply didn't want slots shoved in my face every time I played bingo. I have no issues with bingo and love to have a few games in the evenings and they've closed my account just from a simple query.
