Avoid. I try contacting them on live chat and they completely ignore me, order 2 packs of Dresses, we don’t receive one of them and they sit there calling me a liar, saying they sent it out etc when we definitely hadn’t received them, said they’d store credit us when they never did.
Sent us the wrong items multiple times, some have holes, rips etc and they ALWAYS ask us to pay for the inconvenience, we spent £36 sending a pack of shoes back that were poor quality and now was all stuck down with glue. This shouldn’t be the case with faulty items, if YOUVE sent faulty items YOU should pay to sort this.
I’ve lost tons of money ordering from this business as they never want to sort things
Been sat on delivered one their live chat for 20 minutes now, still being ignored, never answered any of my emails, atrocious customer service, don’t know how they’re still running.

Great prices and products
Great prices and products, only let down is there are frequent deliveries of missing batch of items so have to chase them up. Customer service is great though, always resolved and sent for next day delivery.

As unfortunately, no contacts have been found at the given email address. We have made more than one platform ( LiveChat, Customer Enquiry Forms, Customer Care Number, Whatsapp and Social media in addition to emails ) available to our customers to get in touch with us. Upon checking thoroughly, no requests have been logged through any of these platforms either.
This is solely our customer's duty to access all the options before leaving us a review. Customers are required to understand that in the current business environment staff members are working from home and encounters numerous email.

I made recently an order and as always I have question regards the shipping.
I receive the answer very quickly via whatsapp.
the J5 team is very helpful but I think that there is a problem with UPS because in my last order it tool more than 1 month until I received the order.
the last order you sent it via fedex and they already contacted me for releasing.
1 thing that you can do is to send directly to the customer the shipping company and the tracking number.

We have an auto emailing system in place where the tracking details are sent out straight away after booking customer delivery. I understand sometimes the emails get lost in the junk/spam folder. Hence, would request you to keep an eye on these folders too.
