Honest review
I have ordered 2 times from J5 Fashion. Mens Clothing & Women's Shoes the quality is good. My customers really loved the items. Dispatch was fast although due COVID-19 and the new Brexit regulations shipping to Belguim was very bad and delayed that's something they couldn't have helped. I appreciate it that the also took they time to contact the logistics company for the avancement of my parcel. I really hope the shipping will get better with time cause I will definitely order again.

The delivery was spot on but when I opened the parcels, the majority of the shoe boxes were damaged,so now I need to buy new boxes to put the shoes in for my customers

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
This company is a complete scam, they make money by only part refunding their customers even when the reason for refunding is a fault of their own. I made two separate orders, after realising the sizing of the first order was not as advertised (should have been 10,12,14,16 but arrived as M, L, XL, XXL and the M was equivalent to a size 6) I tried to cancel my second order within hours of placing it which they conveniently said was not possible. I therefore had to wait for the second unwanted order to arrive, pay return postage twice, then tried to communicate with them via email regarding these orders and received ‘automated’ responses and a part refund for both orders. This is despite seeing for myself that they have previously stated on Trust Pilot if a refund is due to a fault of the company’s you will get your full money back, clearly this response is just to try and redeem themselves when receiving negative reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
As per the response: if this is an invalid reason for returning I'm not sure what this company class as a valid reason, false advertising is against trading standards. Of course I didn’t accept the default refund of store credit as I would never knowingly order from a dishonest company, that would be foolish. Customer service is the key to a successful business, work on this and you won’t find yourselves having to spend time writing deflective responses to negative reviews on Trust Pilot.
