Bought a FUSH Nano kit and it didn’t work at the end of September. Been trying ever since to get hold of them through email and live chat to no avail. 1 str for customer service. Very disappointed

Quick service in troubled times
Ordering items was simple and easy.
Checkout was quick and efficient.
Covid-19 restrictions threw a spanner in the works but communications were quick and the item arrived in a timely manner.

Juice took over a month to come, came expired.
Juice took over a month to come, understand someone was in hospital. However, some form of notice would have been appreciated. Juice finally came and was expired. With one expiring over a year ago. Won't be purchasing from here again.

Really quick service and delivery. I was a little worried my order would be delayed by the lockdown restrictions in Sydney, but Ivannavape were fantastic!

Worst customer service ever.
Mod died after a month of use. Owner asked to send it back. It sat for 14 days at the post office before she collected. She has not responded to one correspondence since and their has been multiple attempts

Poor customer service from IvannaVape — first order went fine even though I messaged their mobile to ask a question about my order in COVID and didn’t get a response but correct items, upon my second order there was a glitch on the website where the wrong Ohm was selected and I messaged on the Sunday early hours to explain and recorrect the issue but I received no email follow up after two emails and a text to their WhatsApp and mobile — quality 9/10 whilst communication is radio silence 0/10

Disappointed
I did put an order a week ago, I’ve been asking for a tracking number by sending email, try to call the shop and never heard from anyone.
Really disappointed.
And still waiting and praying for my parcel to come, it was express postage, so I’m a bit worried now

I ordered two Mipod vapes
I ordered two Mipod vapes, One of them was not sealed in its wrapping and didn't work. I'm wondering if you sent me a returned vape? Very annoying because now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. If I can ever get in touch with you.
