It’s like my 5th order from this website and they are always on point! So scared at the beginning that it wouldnt get through interstate but ordering and shipping have been flawless. I had a dud vape once and i just emailed them and I had a refund. They’re easy and quick to reply if you have any queries. Will always order from them!

If your flavour is sold out just email and they will let you know when in stock. Half the price of the stores selling vapes. Highly recommend this online store. :D

Ordered with these guys for months and now they are using generic email responses ordered hasn’t been dispatched and literally being messed around won’t order from them again really disappointed feel scammed

I ordered from these guys for months and everything was great. Then the last time I order they never sent an invoice or confirmation of order so I emailed them. Then it was day after day of checking on my order and just kept getting ghosted or generic msg saying we'll check with the warehouse. It's been just about a week and still no confirmation of order or my order being shipped.

It’s been 6 days since ordering from these guys, I’ve ordered in the past with no issues. But now I haven’t even received tracking or any updates. They keep replying with “ we are waiting to verify your payment”

This business is great to deal with, very friendly communication every time and very quick to respond to questions. Postage is super quick.

Just received a call in regards to one of the 4 vapes was out of stock and kindly asked which ones I'd like to swap out for the out of stock one and that it will be sent today 10/10 customer service, has been the 5th time I've purchased through them and will continue to do so

The last 4 different flavours of the vapehub3 all are definitely noticeable with a very burnt taste, not even the first time, before charging, they aren't even consumable. I thought it may have been a bad batch but has happened last 3 orders. I have found a site's where vapes are cheaper by almost 50%. I wil now go through them, knowing that they are legitimate and cheaper. Yr alibarber ones are fine, just 50% cheaper than you are offering.

Products are great. I'm trying different brands and the prices are amazing. Customer service is 2nd to none. They reply very quickly and are helpful and courteous. I'm staying with Just Vapes

I ordered on Wednesday, fully paid and got a receipt to say it’s processing and that it’ll be here with 2-4 days . They didn’t even confirm my order until today which is Friday…. The auspost don’t work on weekends and they haven’t even sent the order yet. Which means I most likely won’t get my order for about a week or 7 days from the to do actually ordered.
When I emailed them asking why this is there was literally no answer apart from sorry we will send it. Also I STILL haven’t got a confirmation to say it’s processed. I got this website from a friend who uses it but at this point they haven’t stopped replying to me asking why it isn’t processed. In convicned it’s a scam and if it’s not it surely is dodgy. If they haven’t even sent or assigned the order three days later then something is up. If it takes 3 days to confirm an order but not send it how could you possibly receive it in 2-4 days ???
At this point I will have no vape, no discount and they would probably take even longer to get my refund sent back.
Would at all costs try to find them elsewhere as in my experience they haven’t done what they said on the website and instead of trying to same day ship it or go out of there way to fix there mistake they basically make you just cop it. I also ordered before cutt off times.

They tell people they’re sending them free vapes to make up for it but never seen anyone say they’ve received it 😂

Received my order promptly, only to find they were all old stock with batteries not lasting more than two days, there is a reason they are cheap, they are crap.

My second order from here, prompt communication, fast delivery. Again will be ordering more soon.

I ordered just before Easter weekend but received the order confirmation &tracking number same day. I had some concerns but they were addressed promptly & I received my package on the Wednesday so not even 1 week from ordering. If you want an easy, legit transaction these guys are it. Will definitely be using them in the future.
