Ronaldo Bromley store, Service was outstanding had to write in never met such passionate , professional person with an can do attitude , as I been without A working laptop due to system updates preventing, internet connection for past 4 months following many visits to 02 store to be given replacement slims and no tech support .

Ronaldo solved issues got me up and running thanks so much , recommend you .

Went into the Uxbridge branch today to have my battery changed on my
iPhone - the guy was super helpful and had it done within 40 minutes- highly recommend

I took my iPhone for a repair, screen and back which was smashed at the Lewes branch. The young man was very polite, helpful and got my repair done quickly. I would highly recommend this Lewes branch.

At the Abingdon branch, I asked the chap on the desk whether they purchased used phones. After a long pause, in which he could barely be bothered to make eye contact, he said "Yes." I asked him if they would purchase my Sony Xperia. He said "No." Then returned his attention to the screen in front of him.

The charming lady in this shop went above and beyond to help me. She did an expert job and wouldn't even take payment for it! Unbelievable service e. Thank you so much ITech, Birstall, can't praise you enough!

I took my phone to iTech Leamington Spa for the battery to be replaced. When changing the battery they broke the screen. They told me a replacement screen would be available in a week. When they handed my phone back to me the new battery was at 1% charge and the screen was filthy (I thought that this was very unprofessional). A week later I returned to the store to have a replacement screen fitted. When I returned to collect my phone, they told me that the replacement screen was also broken. Whether they broke it (questionable skill) or if the screen was supplied broken to them (questionable quality of parts) I don’t know; either way an unacceptable service was provided. They then wanted to fit a screen from a used phone they had in the store. I declined as I had lost all faith in them.

I emailed the iTech headquarters with my concerns and they haven’t had the decency or professionalism to reply. This tells me a lot about iTech’s attitude to customer service.

I would advise anyone to avoid iTech and find a business with employees who have the required skill and use parts of an acceptable quality.

I needed to replace the screen on my iPhone 14 Pro. I knew I could get it done for about £175 online but needed my phone and didn't want to send it away for a week. The £250 itech in Andover charged for half an hour turnaround was steep but I was willing to pay it.
Before the repair was agreed, I specifically asked whether performance would be affected. The salesperson said the screen quality would be identical and all functionality would be the same. All that would change is that within Settings there would be a warning to tell me the screen was a non-genuine part. I was happy to accept this.
In the event, the phone is completely changed.
1) Auto-brightness no longer works. This means you either have a choice of overly bright and washed out in dark environments or unreadable in daylight.
2) Notifications no longer wake up the screen (despite being turned on).
3) Used apps (e.g. maps) no longer appear in the Dynamic Island so they can't just be pressed to enter the app.
I would describe these three changes as gamechangers: they make a great phone quite poor. Performance is so bad I am considering paying another £349 to get the screen replaced by Apple with a genuine part.
I think iTech in Andover deceived me. Unfortuntely, I don't live near Andover and was only there for the day so I have no way to get my money back.
