Friendly staff and very helpful.

I took my iPad 9th generation in for repair as I had dropped it. The guy said he would call within 1 hour to say what he had found. The call was on time and he gave me his diagnosis and cost to repair. I popped into the shop and he said that it was an old iPad and not worth repair, but recommended where I could get a new 2025 A16 iPad for a bargain price. This I did and he did not charge for his time as it’s not fair to the customer. Top bloke and very happy with his service.
Will use him again if I break the new one in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been chasing a refund for two items I purchased, once of which is faulty.
The store said they weren't authorised to give a refund and I had to email the company.
So I've emailed 3 times and completed an online contact form but as yet have had no response. I've spoken to the Cambridge store but they’re aren’t able to provide any names or numbers.
Terrible service. Would not recommend buying from this company.

DO NOT GO HERE OR USE THIS SHOP

I went in with a slight crack on my iPad screen, they said it can be repaired in 2-3 days but would call me if anything further needed doing. I was going away 6 days after taking the iPad in so it needed to be done before. They had said they should be able to do it but will call me if anything came awry.
Didn’t call me, so I went in on day 5; they had fully broken my iPad screen saying the LCD needing replacing now too. Which they said was another £80!

It was always been a wonderful place ITECH MOBILE & LAPTOP REPAIR ever since I got my Iphone 15 pro max screen fixed within no time , The stuffs they have are well organized with every section on display ,the staffs are really nice and kind
