Wow! So sad! I ordered 2 chairs for my kids and obviously got scammed. Why can’t our credit card information be tracked to a-holes who took our money? Karma is a bitc-! Arrest those bast_rds I’ll testify

Same as the rest of the people here. SCAM!! How does IG allow this bs? Nowadays how is this possible. Our money has to be able to be tracked to whatever scumbag is taking our money.

Never got my stuff. They tried to delay over and over. Now disappeared.

I ordered the chair on Oct 28th,emailed them and they said its shipped and no tracking when they responded.but Until now no chair,and emailed them again,email dont exist now as well as website is none existent now....Scam!!!

Warning .....SCAMMER!
So I purchased a chair on 26 Oct 19 (paid the extra for express delivery) and you guessed it - still hasn't arrived despite a number of emails back and forth and ridiculous responses.

I have lodged a dispute with my bank so we'll see what happens - reckon I have lost my $$

Would give them 0 stars if i could.
I ordered a mousepad 2 months ago and guess what? I never got it. When i asked them they sent me a prefabricated reply that it would take up to 3 weeks until it arrives. HA jokes on them i already waited for 6-7 weeks. So i send another email requesting them to not send me such bullcrap and guess what? They did it again but this time they told me that they will ensure that i will be *satisfied with the chair i bought* :)

We all got bamboozled and we cant claim the money back from our cards because it too far back... i ordered a chair on Oct 27, today is Dec 13 and its no where to be found 🤦‍♂️

I want my money back now I bought this on cyber Monday and now there sight is gone!!

I was supposed to receive my chair Nov 20-25. Contacted them via email and was told that they sent the email it was shipped and takes up to 3 weeks. Waited until Dec 5 to email again and now cannot get a reply. Their website is gone. Its all a complete scam. I cant believe Instagram let this company on their platform. Ive never had this issue so I'm not sure of who to contact, but this has to get resolved. All of us innocent people got robbed of $50-$60
