Excellent company to deal with, swift delivery 👌🏼

This company it's not the uk as stated and contact number 2 of them not able to speak to anyone also saying 2-3 days delivery but according to the people have bad experience avoiding the company it's the best way for what reason you are not providing UK telephone number instead it's the one oversize abroad I checked with reviews from another people have experience with the company not great battery etc etc I did try to use telephone number they provide it and it is NOT UK number iScooter does have UK telephone contact numbers (+44 1888 785356 and +44 8085 020608) her we go first number not the uk also typical US

Awful awful courier choice and terrible customer support. I called 3 times before even getting anyone useful, first 2 hung up. Last one just said 'we will escalate it'.

I get a text chat after the call from the courier straight up lying about 'pressing the buzzer' on my apartment to deliver and he was never here. Asked to return today 'No.'

After asking for a refund, they have requested I pay a 15% 'restocking fee' despite them never even attempting delivery!! Ridiculous behavior.

Awful company, avoid, have initiated a chargeback.

Now been 3 months since I’ve heard back from iScooter! Following my previous review, as expected, I received the generic request for order details. Following this, I received no follow up and no offer of support. It is extremely wrong for a company to abuse its warranty period and not provide customers with the service they deserve during this time. They seem happy to contact you after the warranty period to inform you that you are out of warranty, but if it’s active, they’re not willing to help! I can’t believe it.

Extremely disappointed with this e-bike. The battery life is terrible and nowhere near what was advertised. On top of the cheap build quality, I discovered the bike was shipped with used parts—the controller clearly had prior wear and tear despite being bought brand new. Avoid.It is not uk based business and they ship everything from china so take about 2 weeks to deliver you item not 1-3 woking days!

Not up to mark as expected. Battery capacity is low. You can only ride it on straight road. When you get some incline road it automatically gets stopped.

I purchased this scooter on 7 May as a birthday present for my son, so it wasn’t even used until 22 May. On 22 July, after only around two months of use, it completely stopped working.

I followed every troubleshooting step the company requested, answered all of their questions, and provided photos and videos showing the fault. The charger has power, but the scooter is completely dead with no lights or signs of life.

Despite completing all of the diagnostic tests, they then asked me to film myself carrying out the same tests again. I’m a customer, not a technician, and it feels unreasonable to keep asking for more evidence instead of offering a solution.

At no point have they offered a repair, replacement, or refund. Instead, the process feels like repeated delays with more and more requests for videos and tests, despite the scooter clearly being faulty after only two months of normal use.

This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially as it was my son’s birthday present. He has now been without his scooter for weeks while we wait for the company to take responsibility. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company or their after-sales support.

I purchased two scooters at the same time. One arrived working fine. The other would not turn on so has not been able to be used. I raised it straight away and was asked to send a video showing this which was fine. I was then asked to use a device if I had one to test the battery. I responded saying I didn’t have such a device. I was shocked to be then told I need to locate someone that could carry out these tests for me!!!
This is a brand new item why should I be doing this? Surely the obvious answer would have been to return this and send a new one or issue a refund! I’m gobsmacked at the level of customer service and have refused. I am awaiting a further response.
**Further to the above- after this review someone from the company did intervene and i was immediately sent a new scooter with no need to send the other back. I appreciate this issue being resolved so quickly after the initial service **

I recieved the the bike pump as a free gift with the purchase of a bike and to be honest, wasn't expecting much with it being free. I have now used it several times on 3 bikes and a rugby ball and football and am genuinley surprised with it's performance. It's so far been a very strudy pump, and the adaptors make it useful for a range of inflation jobs. Yes it's built to a price point so it's entirely plastic, but it's robust and works really well. I'm not sure how long lasting it will be, but so far it's done the job well. I'm very pleased with it and as a free gift it's amazing. I would definately consider it as a purchase if I needed a decent pump.

I would like to share my experience with iScooter after dealing with an issue with my son’s iScooter iX7 Pro.

Unfortunately, we experienced an E59 error code that could not be resolved through the usual troubleshooting. Initially, I contacted the customer support team several times. While they were polite, I felt that some of the advice provided was based on assumptions rather than a thorough investigation of the fault. I believe additional training for some support staff would improve the customer experience.

After my concerns were escalated to a senior member of the customer service team, the experience changed completely. I was contacted within 24 hours, and the senior staff member took the time to understand the issue properly. They guided me through several troubleshooting steps and, when those did not resolve the problem, they advised me to have the scooter inspected by a local electric scooter repair specialist. iScooter fully refunded the repair costs without any issues.

Although the repair resolved part of the problem, the E59 error still remained. I contacted the senior support team again, and they continued to assist me throughout the process. It became clear that the scooter itself was faulty, and without hesitation they arranged a replacement.

The replacement scooter arrived very quickly, and my son is absolutely delighted with it. Seeing how happy he is made the entire experience worthwhile. The delivery was also extremely fast, which was another positive.

What impressed me the most was the professionalism, communication, and commitment shown by the senior customer service team. They kept in regular contact, listened to my concerns, and stayed with the case until it was fully resolved. That level of customer care deserves recognition.

Overall, despite the initial difficulties with first-line support, I am very happy with how iScooter handled the situation. Every company can experience product issues from time to time, but what really matters is how they resolve them. In my case, iScooter stood by their product, honoured their commitments, refunded the repair costs, and ultimately replaced the faulty scooter.

I would confidently recommend iScooter to anyone looking for a quality electric scooter, whether for themselves or their children. The products are well built, the delivery is fast, and when an issue arises, their senior customer service team goes above and beyond to make things right.

Thank you, iScooter, for resolving the issue and for making my son very happy. I will certainly consider purchasing another iScooter for myself in the future.

Speedy delivery and good communication from company. Battery life not as quoted once unlocked. But great fun and good build quality apart from the plastic foot pegs. It’s a shame it can’t be shipped fully built as it takes over 2 hours to assemble. Apart from that the features are good and have now purchased a second one
