Sadly the product never arrived :(. It wasn't the courier's fault (they took a photo showing delivery) - someone must have stolen it before I could pick it up.

Great customer service
Customer service was amazing. I made the mistake of ordering clothes to a vacation house in the us, and delivery ended up being longer than I expected. They pulled strings to make sure that my package arrived while I was still there. I was so impressed.

The return / exchange process does not…
The return / exchange process does not work (no drop boxes or couriers in Chicag) and when I emailed the info address (twice), I did not get a response. My husband had to call the U.K. number and was told I had to go send in my exchange myself at the post office, I assume on my dime (to the U.K). Will not shop here again.

Thank you for your honest review and I am sincerely sorry you have had problems with our returns process from Chicago. We have an international labelling system link on our returns and exchanges page on the website which creates the correct label so you can then drop your return in to your local postal service. Unfortunately we don't offer free returns outside of the UK. Our customer services email address is theteam@baukjen.com so apologies you didn't have the correct details as we always endeavour to assist with any query, usually on the same day they are sent in to us, to save you having to call in from overseas.

I reached out to the company a while…
I reached out to the company a while ago with some issues I was having with gift vouchers. I have heard nothing back. Beyond that, the sizing of the clothing is not very inclusive, runs quite small and is disappointing. Was excited to try the website and have been left regretting it.

If i could gove zero stars i would - i ordered a skirt for next day delivery on 8th august. Still haven’t received it and have had no communication, despite several emails and attempting to call. I’m down over £50 woth nothing to show for it. Woeful.

international shipping is ridiculous
Sadly I have yet to receive my order so I can't review the product but I am really disappointed by how long it is taking to send me my maternity trousers. I often buy from UK stores and they usually use DPD or DHL and the items are shipped within a week. I now have been waiting 2 weeks for Evri to deliver! Ridiculous!

Shipping woes
Shipping is to and from the UK, so here in the US I did not realize the hefty return fee that I would face. Because of this, I ended up keeping an item that I don't love as much which is disappointing. Wish I would have known up front.

Excellent quality clothing and fit really beautifully around my growing tummy. These clothes will be great for work leading up to baby being born.
Sustainable clothing is the way forward and I’m so glad to have found some sustainable maternity wear.
