Lovely switches and sockets, arrived quickly and look really nice for the price

My door knobs arrived promptly and were exactly what I was looking for.

This was my second order from Ironmongery Experts and certainly won't be my last. The ranges available are fab, the prices very reasonable and I really appreciate the speedy delivery. Everything was great quality and exactly what I ordered. Lovely to be able to upgrade my furniture and fittings, thank you 😊

Exactly what I needed at half the price

Placed an order on 24th Sept, and no delivery on Thursday or today. Only when i followed up did they find out order wasn't executed on their side, even though payment was made and i sent a confirmation email to say payment made.... very disappointed with their customer service. And unwilling to expedite the delivery to tomorrow, even after accepting their error.

Quick, efficient, value for money. Says it all really.

Just writing a quick review to praise the customer service. I had to return some door hinges and for some reason it took them awhile to find the parcel. But Amelia always replied to my emails and eventually confirmed the return arrived safely.

This was my first order with the company and a bit of a test as we are currently renovating. All was ok with my order at first apart from being told I should have the order for the Friday and it not turning up until the Monday + one item described as heavy duty was the same as standard items from elsewhere with the same poor quality screws. Wanted to return a couple of items within 28 days and then make another order my request was denied any further emails to the company have been ignored. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for the rest of the items I need.

Called to check, sorry, we didnt send it, we were too busy, but will promise you will delivery anyway.

Ordered some handles for my new wardrobes after comparing lots online. Really happy with the quality at a fair price too. Would certainly recommend.

An easy company to order from, as their website is clear and well laid out. Reasonable delivery charge and an excellent quality of goods. I'm glad Ithat I found them on Google and will definitely order from them in future.

I placed an order on the 8th May for 29 door knobs, amounting to £653. I recieved an email the next morning informing me they was out of stock until the end of July, would I like a refund? I am still waiting for this refund 24 days later. I chased this on the 27th May to be told it will be in my bank within the next 24 hour? Still nothing. It isn't the smallest of amounts to continue to be without. I would avoid ordering with this company, accepting online orders that cannot be fulfilled, the website needs to be updated to higher standards in order for customers not having to be in the same position I have.

We purchased 26 kitchen antique brass cupboard knobs for our shaker-style units. They look great, just what we wanted, plus the quality is excellent and at a very good price.
