Ordered a part for my car using the correct reg and it didn’t fit

front and rear brake pads for Vauxhall insignia 28 euros cheaper than anywhere else, and the same rule applies to all Parts, from Oil to Filters bushes gaskets ETC

I nave ordered the wrong part for my car , when I contacted the customer care they were very helpful and sorted out the right part for me I got a very quick refund and purchased the new part. the delivery took only 2 days. I will purchase from now on only in IrishAutoParts!!!!

They had the item i needed fast and was shipped out quickly no problem will definitely be ordering more products in the future .

Parts perfectly fits, fast delivery. Thanks!

found them on the internet rang them about oil for my car they gave me the wright oil very friendly call over the shop looks amazing

What matters is when you make a mistake when ordering and there is someone to asisst you to get the order correct. Always been great to deal with.

Very good stuff and top quality 👌 keep going 👏

Ordered 2 cans. Got 2 cans. They arrived at a reasonable speed and were unopened. Would buy from them again.

I received a can used. Was rusted at bottom did not have the extension piece to spray hard to reach places. Was not the can shown on site at all. Contacted support was told I had to drive miles for a refund as I might use product still if new one was sent. Seriously what a terrible customer support and experience. The can top was taped up upon removing it could see lid was cracked deliberately hidden from view.

Not sure why the low ratings but my 1st order experience has been Great. No issues with the items received, completely sealed packed and delivered within 2 working days. Will keep using them in future!!

part delivered in a box that was obviously opened and the wrong part put inside (Different part number to that on the box/ordered).
No response to my email, no effort made to arrange for a replacement. Had to open a Paypal dispute to get my money back which meant I was out of pocket for several weeks.

I would like to support Irish business, but with this level of service, we've no choice but to order from Elsewhere instead

order number 58777

for the 3rd and final time they have comprehensively screwed up a simple order which unfortunately has cost me 6hrs and 500euro. cost me not them. this is the last time l will be taken for a fool. they are obviously incapable, was only desperation made me give them a 3rd chance. AVOID PEOPLE, JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND EXPENSE .JUST AVOID

Very efficient service, usually next day delivery, with competitive price.
Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Irish Auto Parts. They have a great selection of branded parts & priced very well. They always send out the order well wrapped, secure & very quickly. Next time both cars need something I'll be back here ordering again. 100% recommend.

Excellent product. And delivered very fast...Will definitely use again
