Interior Icons is a company that's doing everything right, especially customer service! Maria was quick to respond to any questions I had, and was extremely helpful! Her responses felt personal, as if talking to a friend who genuinely cares about you.
I ordered a Tufty couch and was very relieved to find out that Interior Icons offers a white glove delivery service (I live by myself in an upstairs apartment). Not to mention the phenomenal 10-year warranty!
They'll also send you material/color swatches for free, which is nice if you're trying to do some furniture color matching.

Ordered a “concrete” coffee table.
Table showed up broken, and since it’s broken you can see that it’s made of plaster not concrete. They offered me $160 refund for the $900 table.
I will be doing a charge back on Amex. Do not trust these people. What a joke.

Worst experience EVER!! BUYER BEWARE!
Worst experience EVER. This company does not own phones. Zero communication. BUYER BEWARE!!! Hidden fees. i was charged over $1,200.00 for a delivery fee when they dropped off and immediately picked up the product.
Wrong none of that is posted anywhere.
Again look at all of the reviews. They don’t post any unsatisfactory reviews on their website and make you believe that everyone has given a five star review. Check it out they have no phone number no way to correspond at all. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. I ordered a chair on October 20, 2025. I still do not have the chair. It was supposed to ship from Seattle within days. Upon written inquiry on December 1, I was advised in writing the product would ship within one week. I still do not have the product. I have made another inquiry and advised shipment is now January 5 or January 12. I have canceled the item as they have not met the delivery terms advertised. Notifying my credit card company. Seems like enough claims of misrepresentations have been made that a claim for unfair trade practice against this company would hold water. Best to avoid this company.

Nonsensical return policy
Ordered an item online and was informed weeks later that the delivery would be in more than 3 months. Wrote them to cancel the order pre production and they told me the only way to cancel is to cancel within 24hours (before actually receiving a shipping estimate) or wait until it is delivered and then return it and having to incur the cost for shipping it back. No common sense, unhelpful customer service, horrific business practice.

Untrustable Online Merchant
I am experiencing the same problem pointed out by Jasper in his review. Interior Icon's website falsely represented the order will be "ship within two days from Seattle". I live in Seattle and my order has not been shipped over three weeks. I suspect the company overpromises to geneate orders. Its website continues to falsely represent the clam chairs would be ship in "two days from Seattle" in order to generate oneline sales. Repeated follow-ups with the company provides no clarity on delivery date with the company providing the exact same standard response with no clarity on the actual delivery date. I have stopped contacting its customer service because they r unhelpful. At this juncture I am not even sure if they will deliver my order. Per other customers' online complaints with certain customers waiting for five months before receiving their goods, I will probably need to wait to see if my order is delivered within above time frame. I am still preparing to initiate legal action in local court and file my case the Better Business Bureau. If you want to save yourself from stress and aggravation, stay away from Intericon.

Interior Icons is a scam
Interior Icons is a scam. They make promises for deliveries that they do not keep and the product that they deliver is not close to what was promised. I ordered a chair in July, decided to cancel the order after weeks went by with no delivery and was told they would not refund the order. Now in December and still no chair and being told that perhaps in 9 weeks we will get a delivery.

So easy, and the webiste is so easy to navigate and request special delivery instructions whereas many other sites are horribly user unfriendly! Easy, and just got notice item is being shipped well within their timeframe. Highly suggest using them!!!

Went from the best customer service to the WORST!
I received a table that looks NOTHING AT ALL like the pic on their site. I HATE it, but tried to live with it for a few days.
I contacted them and they said, no problem, you can return it. I even offered to buy something else if they wanted to give a credit. I paid $420 for white glove to place the 300lb concrete/marble veneer table AND take away packaging. YES, taking the packaging is one reason why we all pay for white glove.
The next email asked if I had the packaging. REALLY???? Well, they won't take it back without it. I offered to have a crate made so it can be "safely" returned. They GHOSTED ME.

Interior Icon was easy to deal with. With in 24 hours I was contacted regarding my questions and they were answered correctly and in a timely manner. I’ve bought a lot of furniture from them and my wife and I think they have some of the best designs and good prices.
