I've now reviewed your complaint and I'm very sorry that the arrangement delivered did not reflect the style, colour palette and presentation of the product you selected online. While substitutions are sometimes necessary, the changes made on this occasion should have been referred back to us before the order was fulfilled.

Having completed a further review, I've asked our team to contact you as I believe we can offer a more appropriate resolution. We've also addressed this directly with the supplying florist and reinforced our expectation that orders should be referred back to us whenever the advertised design cannot be closely replicated.
