This system is inflexible and poorly designed and the support is non existent. Obvious CRM functions don't exist on it. More than 2 clients on a case?, forget it, vulnerable client?, enjoy the pop up everytime you open that file, customer uploads jpgs and you want to rename?, enjoy downloading every single document, saving it to your drive and renaming, then uploading again. So far, I've not seen them change anything that has been suggested, their only recent 'upgrade' is to close of the old look style IO

Complaints unanswered, simple problems unresolved for 20+days and don't seem to care! Honestly. Can't believe how shocking they all are!
If I could give this company 10 stars..I would.
I have been a tenant at Intelligent Office YEC for quite a while as well as previously being a tenant of RioCan at YEC for many years...the staff at Intelligent Office YEC have proven over and over again that they are not only very professional and knowledgeable, but they leave a very good impression with anyone that comes in or calls.
The main office is quite inviting and the monthly rent for a good size private office for one person is very reasonable and also includes the following amenities:

Not user friendly at all
Not user friendly at all! Takes 3 hours plus just to load a protection case! The problem is nothing flows, when you try and load a case, you just get lost in the process! The system is just not user friendly for protection advisers! Could never use it in front of a client, because its so not user friendly!

After six months use here is my hosest assessment.
The onboarding specialist had little or no idea as much as me in how to use the software... After a while I was given a new specialist who promised much but delivered little. The software is clunky and out of date.
Basically, your left to your own devices... Good luck
The software is out of date and hales back to the 90s
Customer services is a joke with little or no feed back today I discovered simply biz offer call service was never told about this
I'm in for 12 months but will be looking into a better solution.

DO NOT CHOOSE this place unless you don't have a choice.
The WORST shared workspaces I have been in Toronto.
The rules are super super stupid. This is no space for people to make private phone calls. There are four meeting rooms which are empty 95% of the time. And people are not allowed to make phone calls there. The staffs always keep their eyes on that. And you are not allowed to make phone calls in the lounge as well.
The vibe is bad. Despite the stupid phone call rules, the workspace allows some business that make big strange acoustic noise in their units which is super annoying when you are next door.
The kitchen is very small.
The lease is not flexible at all.
Last but not least, the staffs working there are not professional, arrogant and rude. They do not respect customers' feedback at all.
Unprofessional and unavailable
Unprofessional and unavailable. I have had multiple pieces of mail go missing (or never delivered?) from my mailbox from reliable senders, including the Colorado Supreme Court. I was told that my contract was with a former employee and not the business, so the business would not honor the contract and had to fight with them to do so. I was overcharged for services rendered and regularly did not receive return calls on time. I highly suggest another service if you want reliability and trustworthiness.
Always had great experience
I used them for a couple of months for several meetings while I was in town. What I found good was the comfort, quiet and peaceful environment and the elegant space to carry on your work. It is a good space to have meetings or more at a very convenient location in Fairfax and that helps too.
Bumpy experience
The initial signing up experience was smooth, but with the change up of staff, I got notices that I'm late paying even though I'm on autopay, mail returned addressed to my FBN even though I had given notice, and assessed fees that were previously undisclosed, which was eventually credited. I hope that the customer experience will improve from here on out.
This is a great company/location to use…
This is a great company/location to use for your part-time office needs. The staff is professional and friendly. The facilities are clean and comfortable. My clients were impressed, and I received numerous compliments from them that it was nice to be greeted with a smile and a cup of coffee.

I will recommend Intelligent office to anyone who needs a very comfortable quiet peaceful and ellegant space to work, have meetings, conferences or more on a very secure building on a very convenient location in Fairfax va where access it is very easily to get to either from Route 66, Route 50 or Route 29
And more the personal at the reception it’s great, respectful, and very efficient on updates, definitely a great place

Great Concept and Execution
I love the concept of Intelligent Office and the array of services offered. The office that I use - Roswell, GA - does an excellent job executing the mission of the company. They are professional, nice, helpful, and welcoming! I would certainly recommend them!

Their office and services are always excellent and the staff is always very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Using their office and meeting space has provide my business with a great environment to meet clients, present workshops and conduct planning sessions.
I strongly recommend that all businesses strongly consider using Intelligent Office Princeton for their meeting and office space as well as mail and telephone management services. It will be the best decision you have made in some time.
