Overall my claim was settled for the full amount of loss. Everybody I spoke to was helpful and it wasn't too difficult to talk to people on the phone. However we had to have an assessor come to check our damaged floor caused by water damage from our heating system and following this and although I had submitted my own quotes to get the flooring done, they said that I had to use the Sainsburys appointed company 'SBS in Midlands' (about 3 hours away) to have the flooring done. However we did not realise that this didn't include removal of furniture, taking the old flooring up and disposing of it and concreting the hole left in the floor from the repair to our pipes . All my quotes included this and it was only by chance that a handyman said we should check about the furniture and the old flooring and when I rang SBS we found out this was not included. After several phone calls and explaining that my husband is blind and disabled, the insurance company agreed to the furniture being removed and the old flooring being taken up and disposed of but it could have meant that the contractors would have come to our house to do the flooring and would have had to cancel the appointment as our floor would not be read! It was an oversight that I didn't expect from a good company and it the assessor should have made us aware in the 1st place.

From the very first call, they was compassionate, responsive, and reasuring during a time when I was over whelmed. I am deeply gratefully for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company that truly shoes up when it matters the most . I have 2 special needs kids whome are adults and I am medically ill myself they compromised my kids and respected there needs and helped and fulfill the needs they needed. Amazing service.

Excellent speedy service.

After a relatively unfortunately couple of years with various insurance claims, I was reluctant to handle another claim. But Integra was refreshing as it was relatively easy (although I couldn't really tell whether they would pay market value or for new in the claim for an older but valuable item, so I didn't know what to submit for quotes)..but overall the process was relatively hassle free.
