Continual impressive service
After a weekend of very intermittent BB (I live remotely and we had a big wind storm last week) I called Inspire at 0920 this (Monday) morning. My call was answered within a minute by someone who spoke politely and clearly......and importantly, helped me to test and fix the problem. Very impressive - as I have been every time I have phoned Inspire. I am delighted with their service after 15 months of being with them.

Excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff
I recently moved to Inspire from BT and all my dealings within the company were first class from initial contact onwards. I was a little anxious about the actual transfer itself, but it was reassuring to have a named person to assist, and in the event all went smoothly. Ryan was especially efficient in ironing out a technical glitch with my mobile, liaising with the technical team and getting back to me promptly. A truly impressive service!
Being in my 80s I was somewhat nervous about connecting with Inspire and rang to be talked through a couple of difficulties which arose. My calls were answered almost immediately and what had seemed insuperable problems were solved within minutes.

Wonderful system, installation process was difficult
I'm giving 4 stars because the installed system is wonderful, but it has taken 7 days to get here. Once i complained they started to listen and sorted me out.
My feedback would be they should put the following into their procedures :-
1.Warn people that sometimes you could be left without a service for several days when changing suppliers.
2. When Mesh equipment is ordered\requested it is sent out ready for go-live. If out of stock they should tell you, not wait for you to chase it up.
In the end they ordered the equipment from Amazon.
If i'd known about these 2 things i would have planned a different cutover date.
The solution i now have is excellent and got sorted out quickly once the right people got involved.

Firstly, we regret any issues you encountered with our customer service and the knowledge of our call staff. We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, and it's clear we fell short in your case. We will review our training and support procedures to ensure that our staff is better equipped to assist customers in the future.
Regarding the switch from BT and the delays in internet and landline services, we understand how frustrating this can be. We acknowledge that timely and seamless transitions are essential. We want to clarify that the delay in internet service was due to factors beyond our control, such as Openreach, in this case, the engineer had completed internal works, before completing external works which has caused the issues you have faced with install, we are actively addressing this with them. We have provided you with a 5g router which is not a standard practice during transfer as your case is an unusual circumstance, this was provided to cause you as little disturbance as possible whilst we try to rectify the issues that were caused by Openrech.
As for the quality of our equipment, Our boxes are of a high standard. In majority of cases, they are equal to or even better than competitors. We apologise if you found the mesh solution and router to be of poor quality and if it has resulted in reduced WiFi performance however, we have successfully transferred thousands of customers, please appreciate that there may be other factors that can contribute to poor service that may be beyond our control.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services, and we are committed to addressing these issues to provide you and our other customers with a better experience. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for any further assistance, and we will ensure that you receive a call tomorrow from Senior Management to discuss and rectify the situation accordingly.
Please also note that I am personally investigating your concerns and I will ensure you are provided with a speedy outcome.

I have been really impressed with the service provided by Inspire telecom no longer do I receive ever increasing bills with no idea what i have been paying for. I pay a set amount each month which covers broadband and mobile with no additional charges the bill stays more or less constant

My transfer from BT is frought with problems. I'm constantly being harassed by BT, my credit score has halved as a result of cancelling with them & my broadband is worse than before. Despite reassurance from Inspire, I regret the day I answered their call.

The first thing I noticed (about Inspire Telecom) is that there are no long undue waiting times, (when contacted by phone) compared to other companies. And also, the agents advice are very helpful and reassuring.
