Insignia Ltd Anmeldelser

It is wonderful to come across a company that still retain working values that so many others have let lapse. It has been our experience that working with Insignia has been an absolute pleasure. When they say they will get back to you with a quote, they do! When we change the brief and ask for a re-quote, they do! When they say they will deliver, they do! All without fuss!!! We have worked on a few projects now and each time the team there have produced exactly what we wanted to the highest quality, efficiently and ahead of schedule to accommodate our demands.
We look forward to the next project when we can involve Insignia Ltd.

Georgette very helpful - great service. Thank you.

Sandra gave us loads of ideas, kept within our budget and delivered on time. Goods are high quality and we are delighted. Best customer service I've ever had!

Excellent helpful service, competitive price, the umbrellas were delivered on time.
Looked excellent on TV and they kept us dry while others drowned.

within hours of getting in touch with Insignia my product was designed, created and ordered as desired. Early delivery well inside the 28 days only enhanced my experience of working with the company .....

Really helpful and friendly. Superb quality & great logo reproduction.
Speedy delivery - would definitely recommend!!!

Having discovered our stocks of pens were low, and a special event was upcoming, Insignia did a very quick turnround of our order, which included updating our artwork, without any compromise to the quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything went to timescale as agreed , slight hiccup as order couldn't be processed without up front payment (only for a first order) but the company were flexible on this after discussion --product looks good --would highly recommend.
Communication with the company was 1st class prompt and succinct.

We needed some lanyards and card holders quickly. Insignia were great, they responded to my request and plea for help.

We order regularly from Insignia and always find Sandra, our Account Manager, helpful and quick in responding. Their prices are normally good and their turnover fast.

Nearly all of our items have been great - we did have an issue with some torches that we ordered not working very well but they were replaced and a credit note issued.

I have been dealing with Insignia for 13 years and have had nothing but excellent service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, in actual fact I have!

Just received our latest order for A4 Zipped Portfolios which we had personalised. These arrived on time and to order. Great service as usual.

Our account manager has been very helpfull, helping us through multiple orders with pressing deadlines & different delivery addresses.
The design team have also been very good with the artwork.
A pleasure to work with all round.

Superb service, and good quality products and all delivered within the predicted time.

The booking and discussions were simple, the timelines, process and cost were clearly explained. The product was of high quality. Delivered early.

Had previously purchased glassware from Insignia so artwork was already in place.

New order for glassware and key rings ( all engraved) placed and speedily delivered.

Very happy customer!!

I have used Insignia for a number of years and from the moment your call is answered to placing your order, you know you are in safe hands.
