Great product and service, but disappointing fragrance longevity.

The whole ordering experience with Driver Aroma was excellent. Communication was good, delivery was straightforward, and I was genuinely impressed when the air fresheners arrived. The print quality, appearance and individual packaging were all fantastic and looked exactly as I had hoped.

I ordered two fragrances, Cherry and Inspired by Hugo Boss, and both smelled absolutely lovely when first opened. Unfortunately, the big disappointment has been the longevity. In my experience, the fragrance is strong initially but becomes extremely faint after only a few hours.

It’s a real shame because everything else about the product is excellent. If the fragrance lasted for several days or weeks, I’d have no hesitation in ordering again. Hopefully the longevity is something that can be improved, because the design, presentation and initial fragrance are all very good.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, John. We’re pleased you were happy with the service, print quality and presentation, but we’re sorry the fragrance longevity let you down.

The scent becoming extremely faint after only a few hours is shorter than we would normally expect. We’d like to investigate this and work with you towards a suitable resolution. Please contact us with your order number so we can review your batch and follow up directly.

Best regards,
The Driver Aroma Team
